He did a great job & provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend him.

Just like any other air duct cleaning business, they are same. I called and was quoted for a price but when the owner, Dewayne came he asked me extra fees to get the job done. Of course all of them ask for extra price in the middle of the job so you can back off read more

I hired another company to clean out my HVAC ducts and my dryer duct. In doing so, they clogged my dryer exhaust duct on my roof. Long story short, one wasted dryer technician call, and a second attempt by the the other duct cleaning company to try to clean it without going on the roof and my dryer stopped drying again within a year. I called DeWayne and he understood the situation fully as it seemed more common than it should be. He priced the job out up front so there was no question as to what it would cost. When he arrived, he cleaned out my dryer duct from the laundry room and from the roof. He was quick, courteous, and professional. I know who I'm calling for my future duct cleaning needs. My advice is to make sure you find out if the company you're thinking of using is going to clean out the exhaust duct from both ends (laundry room and outside your house). If they don't, you'll end up paying for it later. read more

Today we had appointment with this company. A very nice polite Young man showed up. DIMA who showed up tried to explain the process of job very patiently. He was at our house from 10:15 am to over 6 pm cleaning all the ducts. Amazing work! All the 5 stars goes to him and we recommend him to everyone. Well done and thank you! read more

I can't say enough about DeWayne. Wonderful service! I have been suffering for years with terrible allergies, to the point where I needed to get shots every week. My allergies started happening once I moved into my new house. I had a different company come over, charge me over $600 and left within 45 minutes. No changes to my allergies. DeWayne mentioned I would feel so much relief since this is my first time getting my vents cleaned. I told him I had them cleaned five years ago. He explained what he would see if that was the case. I knew something was wrong. Thank you, DeWayne! I will be referring your services to all my friends, neighbors and family. You are the best! read more

A+ Air Duct Inc. 1-609-703-6976 Came to clean the vent in my dryer Maytag. After He was done, He told me the dryer needed to be cleaned on the INSIDE of the dryer. I hesitated never heard of that and I said no, you already cleaned it. Am 73 yo. He wrote on my invoice that my dryer was a fire hazard knowing It had to be handed into my 55 and over condo. The man kept insisting that he could clean the inside of the dryer. I instantly called BBB and sent an e-mail to the FTC. Anyway, Maytag was called and they confirmed nothing was in the dryer that needed to be cleaned out. That cost me $148.00. I was with out my dryer for a week. This company I got out of the coupon envelope delivered to my house with the mail from the post office. This company s fraudulent, they go by other phone numbers also, call the BBB and the FTC right away, if you had been scammed and get your money back!!! read more

Jarrod was able to get up on my clay tile roof to check the roof vent and then clean the vent from the inside dryer outlet. He was on time, friendly and efficient and the pricing was competitive. Would definitely hire him again. read more

Wow, what can I say? Dewayne's reputation is definitely preceded him not only on Yelp reviews but for sure in person! He was very positive, polite, and respectful to say the least. His commitment to his work and customer services definitely impressed me! He was positive and patient, answering all my questions and gave me a few tips for how to take better care of my vents! What appreciated most about him is his thoroughness and cleanliness. He cleaned up after he was done and put everything back in its place, even offered to do some extra that other companies I got quoted from wouldn't do. He even sanitized the vents! For the price he quoted and the excellent service he provided, I am definitely keeping him on my list for future vent cleaning services as well as referring him to others I know. He lives up to his reputation! Thank you so so much, Dewayne! read more

Dewayne recently cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We immediately noticed a major difference in the quality of our home air, and several weeks later, we are still experiencing excellent quality air. I can breathe well and any allergy symptoms that I experienced in my home have disappeared. Do not hesitate to hire Dewayne for these services. He was courteous, professional and respectful of our home. We plan on requesting his services when needed. Thank you Dewayne! read more

Great service! Dwayne was very thorough both in explaining the process and with cleaning the ducts. Highly recommend!

DeWayne is a super nice guy, and a true professional when it comes to air ducts; I'd say he's a perfectionist, and isn't finished until the job is done and the customer is happy. He was very thorough and uses superior equipment to make sure every inch of the ducts are clean. I'm glad we decided to get this done, and highly recommend DeWayne. read more

Don't hesitate on vent and duct cleaning - just call Dewayne. He's thorough, knowledgeable, communicates what he's doing at all times, and his price is extremely fair. We had him come by to clean the ducts + dryer vents for our new place which were not maintained and had a thick layer of dust and mold. It was amazing how much cooler the house felt after he left because air was flowing much better. I highly recommend him. He was masked up + booties on his feet when in the house + extremely professional. I will be utilizing his services next time. read more

After years of suffering from allergies, but showing up negative when I went for tests, I was asked if I had the air ducts cleaned in my house. My long time friend and colleague has used A+ for years. This company deserves an A+++++++ for cleaning, honesty and professionalism! Dewayne even cleaned the dryer vents- no wonder it was taking SO LONG to dry clothes!! He is very careful to wear masks and follow COVID 19 protocol-so don't let that keep you from having him in your home. I felt very safe and comfortable having him in our home. read more

A + Duct Cleaning, DeWayne Jackson, I highly recommend! Upon arrival, DeWayne was extremely friendly and professional. He explained the process and how long it would take. DeWayne and his employee, Amir, were very thorough and respectful of my belongings. Again, I HIGHLY recommend A + Duct Cleaning! read more

I made an an appt to get my dryer vent cleaned with A+ after reading the first review. The guy who booked my appointment was very nice on the phone but who cares when they cost: $150-175 for dryer vent cleaning alone! Later the same day, I flipped through the coupon value catalog that comes in the mail. Within just a few minutes I found at least 2 or more other local companies that had a Spring clean special for just $49 to clean your dryer vent!!! Needless to say, I canceled with A+ and think that unfortunately, they are well overpriced. read more

I'll give credit where one is deserved! I found A+ Air Duct Cleaning (Dwayne) through my request on Nextdoor recommendations and I'm glad I decided to hire him. My initial request was for Dryer Vent cleaning for my recently purchased home. He initially quoted me a price based on my explanation of the structure and then proceeded to squeeze me in to his already busy schedule. On the day of appt, not only did DeWayne arrive on time, he was professional/friendly, thorough, and COVID-19 compliant. This is where he gained a permanent customer: it was determined that he didn't need to gain access to my roof so he adjusted my quote (lowered) accordingly. Much to my surprise and of course cost savings! I hired him later this spring to come back and clean my air ducts. His prices are reasonable and competitive. You get what you pay for - in a good way! read more

Do not use this company. I hired them to clean my air duct and they told me they needed to clean the dryer too. The man miscommunication the price after the job was finished and ended up charging double what was agreed before the appointment. Shady company be cautious! read more

So I just schedules with Dewayne and he was very knowledgeable and very respectable and talking with him he used the right equipment. His price is very fair even lower then other companies I contacted plus he is doing extras that the other companies that were more expensive didn't even offer me. No he is not going to be cheaper then Scammer companies that offer $39.99, $59.99 even $129.99 specials then once they are in your door they upcharge you up to $3,000.00. I will update my review with my final opinion once the job is completed but so far so good. read more

Talked to Dewayne on Monday of this week and he got me scheduled the same week to clean my dryer vents and remove a bird nest that had been built. We have a 3rd story dryer vent, and that was not a problem. Dewayne did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely utilize his services again. I would definitely recommend A+ Air Duct Cleaning to neighbors and people within the Ashburn/Loudoun County community. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. read more

Had a great experience with A+ today. DeWayne and his partner were very thorough. He provided a lot of education on air ducts and keeping everything clean. The house smelled great when he left and everything was cleaned up. We will definitely be using A+ in the future! read more

I was just reading the 'nextdoor' Broadlands notifications and I saw someone write they needed a dryer duct cleaning. Nearly everyone recommend DeWayne. I realized our dryer also wasn't drying well. I gave DeWayne a call. He organized an appointment that day called when he was en route. He arrived masked up due to covid which I was relieved about as I have two young children in the house. He told me what he was going to do in a very simple way (as I have no idea). He was very pleasant and informative. He got to work and the water that came out even made him give a 'wooooha'. He said it had never been cleaned and we're lucky the ceiling didn't collapse or had a fire. I was relieved that DeWayne was able to link up a blower and 400+ psi of air pressure the other way. It got all the wet lint and more out. I appreciate the time and care he took to fix this problem and would have no problem recommending him to everyone who needs ducts or vents cleaned. Good job sir. read more

My dryer vent was clogged, which I thought would be no big deal to have cleaned. I had another reputable come out and access the situation and they informed me that there was no way to access my dryer vent. It essentially went from the dryer to the roof. They didn't have a 40 foot ladder and wound up not being able to service my dryer vent. I wound up calling roofing companies that informed me that they don't do jobs for less than $400. Finally, I stumbled across A+ and Dewayne. He was very patient and discussed the setup of my dryer vent with me. What really impressed me was his confidence. "I don't have a ladder that tall, but I guarantee if I get out there and have a look I can find a way to clean it." He wasn't wrong. Dewayne showed up and within an hour had done what no one else in the area was able or willing to do. And during the entire process he was courteous, polite, and professional. I will DEFINITELY be using Dewayne to meet any more of my HVAC needs and would recommend him to anyone who need similar services! read more

I CANNOT recommend Dewayne and his team at A+ Duct Cleaning enough!! We get our ducts cleaned pretty regularly, usually going off of a deal on Groupon. Every single time the people would come and there would be surprise add on fees for every little thing, and were usually done pretty quickly. Dewayne was very upfront, charged a flat fee and included everything AND MORE that all the other companies did not. He showed me where other companies didn't do what they were supposed to, and it looked pretty bad. Dewayne was helpful w/ explaining step by step what he was doing the entire time. My husband is very handy and tries to keep up our dryer vents but there were just areas it would be impossible for a non-professional to do, so don't risk it! So happy I found A+ Duct Cleaning, they did such an amazing job!! My neighbors even hired him to do their houses as well! read more

Top Notch. I'd give DeWayne six stars if Yelp would let me. He was prompt, professional, friendly and he educated my wife and I about how to keep our air ducts and dryer vents clean--and how important it is to do so. We strongly recommend him. read more

Dewayne was one of the best contractors I've ever had in my house. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He also knew what he was doing! My dryer went from taking four hours to dry a large load to only taking 45 minutes to get it very dry. Dewayne explained everything he found and how his equipment works as he went. No mysteries or questions unanswered when he was done. Dewayne should be your go to for air duct cleaning. For everythinhg I received I felt like I was ripping him off for the price he charged me! Price isn't as important to me as getting the job done right and the first time. I got the rare pleasure of having both a great price and excellent workmanship all in one. Unfortunately, he wasn't the first person I called to clean my dryer vent, but he is definitely the only person I will be calling in the future. Thanks, Dewayne! read more

Our dryer wasn't drying in one cycle and I saw a recommendation for dryer vent cleaning for A+ Air Duct Cleaning and gave him a call. Highly recommended. DeWayne is extremely responsive, professional and capable. I had a clogged dryer vent and already had another company out that couldn't fix it. We were worried it was a fire hazard. DeWayne came immediately and didn't leave until he made sure that it was all cleared. That meant hoisting a 24 ft ladder to a hard-to-reach vent, etc. In addition, the price was very fair-- you are in excellent hands with A+. read more

I feel so lucky that I found this gem of a company in the rough of Northern Virginia Businesses! Mr. Jackson arrived on time (actually early), was in touch via phone on his arrival time and made me feel exceptionally comfortable about my decision to use his company for duct cleaning. He was so thorough and nice! The price is reasonable for the excellent service. He pointed out a few issues with my ducts but didn't ever even attempt to scare me into any sales traps or anything of the sort. He was straightforward with his pricing and very informative. I felt comfortable with him in my home, he made every effort to keep all areas of the home safe while doing his job with a toddler and dog running around. I highly recommend Mr. Jackson for your Duct cleaning needs! He also informed me that a free sanitizing spray comes with his service but he was out and will come back on Friday to administer it in my system (I wouldn't have even known nor expected this! And Manassas is no short trek from Loudoun!) Going above and beyond, I was very impressed with his service! read more

Dewayne was great! Came out and got rid of birds nests in our ducts and even took on a nasty hornets nest for us. He was so thorough that he came inside and cleaned out the vents from the dryer. What was impressive is that he took the time to re tape some loose connections in the duct. He plans on coming back in a week or 2 to get the last duct as he didn't want to disrupt a baby birds nest until they got strong enough to fly out. Great guy! read more

Service was good. The guy was on time. He recommended an additional service to clean my machine which I allowed him to do.
