Tree removal and tree stump removal. I can't say enought things about what a great job they do. After removing the large tree in my back yard they cleaned the yard up better than when they came. After removing the tree stump in front yard with its mass of growth and roots, they again cleaned the front yard, driveway and street and left it all cleaner than when they started. Gene and his crew removed 2 large 35-40 laurel oak trees (diseased and at the end of their life) from the front of our property, too close to my building. They arrived on time, were very professional and most importantly handled the job with safety in mind! The stumps were ground and the property was leveled when the job was completed. Call Gene or Brett. They are the owners and KNOW THEIR STUFF. Used these guys and they are UTTERLY professional and the real thing. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Literally right in the middle (an extra $300) - but other guy was illegal. See below. The entire team is top-notch and the owners were on site during the massive tree removal. Came in and brought a team, all in uniform, all professional, and rolled in with a convoy and all the top equipment. Their trucks reached over my garage into my back yard and so save my lawn and property. They extracted this massive tree and the place looked batter than when they arrived. No damage to lawn, bushes, property, etc. One thing we learned is that with these tree companies, you MUST ask and VERIFY that the company has insurance to cover your property (should have $1 million in coverage) as well as a current workers compensation insurance. If one of their workers were to fall out of a tree on your property and they don't have proper coverage, YOU WILL LIKELY BE SUPPORTING THAT PERSON FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE. So when they say the have it, or wave it in front of your face, you must actually call and verify. This is extremely expensive insurance and companies will take out a policy, get the evidence (proof of insurance) and then cancel the policy. This is how some companies "save money". One of these companies came and gave a quote - which was actually exactly the same as A-Absolute. So just beware, stay alert and do your homework. I can't say enough good things about the folks at A-Absolute Tree Services! We saw them working on a tree at another house in our neighborhood one day, called them, and explained that we had two trees that we needed to have taken down, one of which had a trunk about five feet across. Gene came by, looked at the trees, and said he'd get back to us shortly. He sent us an estimate that included getting the necessary permits and scheduled us with a very short turnaround. When the day came, the A-ABCO work crew was great! Although for obvious reasons it wasn't a quiet process, they did everything they could to reduce the disruption. They were very friendly and polite, and when they were done they left the property immaculate. All in all, a fairly painless process (although we were sad to see the old trees go...) I have used A-Absolute Tree Services to trim my 14 very large mature oak trees on my property on March 30, 2021. Jimmy, Brett, and Gene, with their crew of men were prompt on the job, safe, and cleaned the property of debris in March. My water bill became very high and the water meter was running out of control. I could not find the leaks inside my home. This was all before Christmas of 2021 and New Years 2022. I called A-Absolute. Brett put me in touch with a leak specialist. The leak specialist checked all the inside toilets, sinks, and water heater. There were no leaks inside my home. The specialist had to use special sonar equipment and found the leaks in the pvc pipes under the extremely large roots and tree. My family and I had to shut off the main water valve from the county at the county's concrete box. The very mature wide-based 25 year tree had extremely large roots near my garage and driveway. The tree was breaking my water pipes and irrigation system. I called on A-Absolute Tree Services. I had two different plumbers come out they could not fix it . The plumbers could not shovel around or under the tree or roots. Gene set up the appointment fast because he new my family was out of water. My son has cancer and we are a family of five, with a 4 year old. So, on January 3, 2022 at 8 am all these massive trucks and men show up to remove the tree an grind the stump and roots. Excellent! A blessing from God. Gene, Brett and their team were wonderful, very professional, courteous and went above and beyond what I imagined. They kept me updated and pointed out a few things along the way. The crew was so nice, even when I could hear them outside, I never heard a bad word. Always polite. I have a yard full of huge oak trees and some smaller trees. They expertly cut back the limbs hanging on my house, over my pool cage as well other limbs throughout my front and back yard. They were amazing. They also took down a huge Queen Palm that was dying. No damage whatsoever. They even trimmed a robellini palm out front that smacked me in the face when I walked by it. Had Jimmy come out and give an estimate- scheduled with the emphasis on must be done before roof work began. Needed two trees removed and stumps ground in our backyard. Called A-Absolute Tree Service and set up appointment with Gene. He came out within a day or two, surveyed the situation, explained the process, gave us a very fair quote and within a few days was on site. The 5-6 guys who did the work (Gene was on site as well) were very efficient and hard workers. All work was completed in a few hours and the job site was left like they never were there. A sprinkler line was broken when one of the stumps was taken out and they had the line repaired immediately. These guys are really sketchy and I'm sorry I went with them. There's a reason they were the lowest bidder and you get what you pay for. First off, they did not show up to perform my job within the time frame they first stated. When they did not show up I called them and they told me the scheduling person would call me back that same day to make arrangements. That didn't happen. Instead, the next morning the crew arrived completely unannounced. Convenient that I wasn't given any notice so I could be there to check their insurance documentation. As for the work, they did a sloppy job in my opinion, not getting enough of the limbs away from my house, leaving dead wood in the tree (so that the very next day dead limbs were still falling in my yard), and not picking up a pile of limbs they had originally promised to take away as part of the deal. Then, no invoice or any other communication. Today I got notification from my Ring system that there was someone at my front door, a man who acted as though he was inebriated, demanding payment. Fine, send the invoice to my email. The email stated that there was a way to pay the bill by CC, but this turned out to be untrue, instead I needed to call a phone number and leave my credit card number. The invoice asked for payment to A-Absolute, although the demand from the man on the porch was to pay someone else. The phone number was a voice message, but the message did not indicate it was for A-Absolute, it was for some other service. There is no way I was going to leave a credit card number over the phone under these circumstances. Tomorrow I will send the check via US mail. Overall, I am not impressed, this is a very unprofessional company. read more

Wonderful work at a great price! I called and they sent someone out to give an estimate the same day. They came and trimmed my giant oak tree and ground my bougainvillea stump a few days later.
