We were so ecstatic over the job they did with our oak tree. We have a love/hate relationship with it, lol! Its a great old tree, 65 ft high, and just beautiful, but oh, the leaves, acorns, twigs. Justin came twice to give us a quote on both trimming, and removing it. He was prompt, polite, honest and accurate on his quotes. He explained the pros and cons of both options. We opted to have it trimmed and thinned out as much as possible. The crew got here when scheduled, and were amazing! Dan, the foreman on the job promised us we would be able to see through the tree when they were done, and he delivered! All the junky dead limbs are gone, and it stands proud! I was so impressed by the amount of knowledge he has about the health of the tree, and what branches could be safely removed without hurting it. We felt very confident in the entire crew's skills. They were amazing to watch in action, like a well oiled machine! Plus they cleaned up the whole yard when they were done. Even the twigs on the roof of our garage! Morris showed up on time, after a text they were in route, ready for my work. All of the crew were polite and addressed all my questions and concerns. I even called the office during my job about a question and they were available and professional. I had five 30-year old trees trimmed, two were seriously overhanging my roof and pool cage. They were skilled at bringing down massive branches with ropes, and communicated with each other to avoid mistakes. They used heavy duty equipment to make the job efficient and timely with no major damage. After each tree I was asked to approve if anything else was needed. If you want low ball fees and day labor with a ladder and a pick up (who might not dump legally), these aren't your guys. If you want a professional job done well, call Morris. I've used Morris Tree Service twice. They go above and beyond. I was not looking forward to cleaning the pile of leaf litter from the dying tree hanging over my pool cage after MTS removed it and three other trees. Not only did they remove the tree threat without damaging any screen, in a very tight space mind you, but they also cleaned out the gutter! Mind blown. Reasonable rate, fast response, clear communication. We spent months trying to save the tree and changed our mind a few times on what we wanted to do with it. Morris Tree Service worked patiently with us till we decided on what to do and they did exactly what we wanted and more. James Morris and his team removed two 55-65 foot trees from my mom's property and did an excellent job. The team was professional, courteous, and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves, too. All the limbs were gone, they raked, they blew off her sidewalk, her driveway and even the street! They showed up on time and worked for almost 6 hours straight. James, the owner, was there with his team and worked alongside them. She was so happy with their service she asked me to write this review. Very poor customer service and professionalism, we are still waiting on our deposit refund going on almost two years now. The owner James promised this refund in 30 days, The refund is due to James the owner not wanting to fulfill his contractual agreement. Our contract date with them was July 2022. The morning after Milton when we were able to return to our home, we discovered our large tree fell on the neighbors car. Having used Morris several years ago and being extremely happy with their crew and service we called again. James came out within a half an hour to assess the damage and had his crew completely remove the tree and cut it into piles before lunchtime.
