I was told I would have to wait two weeks. 6/11 - I called to see when the job was scheduled and Samantha told me she couldn't tell me until the morning of on Tuesday. 6/14 - call Samantha again on the morning she still told me she couldn't tell me when they were going to be there. I waited about 4 or 5 hours. 6/14 - I finally left cuz I had to get to a meeting I got a call from the owner telling me the job was going to be harder than the anticipated and he can do it but he had to charge me more.. then he told me he didn't want to do and he said his estimator didn't estimate the job correctly. He said I would need a cherry picker to do this job and I have to rent one and I took informed him the estimated told me that was the equipment he was going to use.
