He generously goes above and beyond without complaint. Initially Landon and his crew trimmed and thinned a large oak tree in our front yard. They did a beautiful job! I was so impressed with the quality of their work, I hired them to do a large landscape project in the backyard. This involved coming up with the plan to rectify our drainage and land erosion issues, leveling out the large grass area with soil, installing drains with 2 pump houses (that are hidden well), planting 2 trees, and re-sodding. He doesn't understand how you mow without throwing grass clippings all over the neighbors cars. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONE TIME!!! So, they guy mowing saw me and went to get the owner. Later, before the company left, a guy in a dark hoodie walked along my fence and sprayed something that killed all the grass in more than a foot into my yard in places. I have called both numbers on the Florida Lawn/Tree Service trailer and sent texts with videos and pictures of the damage done to my property. I sent him pictures of his employee spraying something on the fence line as I have a security camera. months ago, the company came early in am when the grass was still wet and the whole side of my van was COVERED in clippings. I can't believe how far down I had to scroll to find this gem of a tree service! Seriously! I…read morecalled on a Thursday, Vince came out the next day and with his green laser light, pointed out troublesome branches plus ones I especially wanted. Then he walked the grounds, made a video with his phone, with audio and sent me the estimate, which was unbelievably decent price AND the video. We decided then and there that this was a company we wanted to hire! Called Vince, electronically signed the invoice and he said they were removing a tree not far from my neighborhood on Tuesday and they could fit us into the schedule at 1:00 or thereabouts. Yes, the crew showed up, the foreman reviewed the video and off they went using really sophisticated lift cranes and all kinds of great gadgets. Limbs falling everywhere, the beautiful sky shining through gateways in the tree canopy.....it was glorious! Three guys on the ground piling up the branches on the curb, raking and blowing EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF DEBRIS and moving on to the third monster tree in the back. You'd think these guys were in a China shop! Constantly watching where branches were tossed from above taking care not to damage any plants and continually piling wood and leaves on massive piles at the curb. Then the piles were obvious. One of the guys smoothly brought this grabber machine to each pile, picking it up and placing it in the shredder which did a fantastic job of blowing that stuff into the truck. It was like poetry the way each person did his task, without any communication and other than magnificent live oaks proudly showing off their newly trimmed branches, not a speck of evidence that the yard looked like a cyclone ripped through! This has to be the BEST tree service I have ever used!! Seriously!
