We stopped by to check on it, only to discover it's just gone! 2 days trying to reach mgt before they called us back. During the investigation we found that the gate code is the same for everyone...meaning there is no tracking of who comes and goes. It's no different than a padlock where everyone has the same key. This is not a secure practice. Anyone could sell or use the gate code to access the site with impunity. Also, security cameras had been non operational for some period of time and they are unable to tell when it was stolen. Only that the first day the cameras were back online, it was gone. When I searched their profile on Facebook, I stumbled across another couple who had their travel trailer stolen less than 2 weeks after ours. There are probably other people who just haven't realized yet. Without properly secured gate access and no theft deterrent, the items there are just waiting to be taken. The thieves now know it's an easy target.

And here I am giving one of my rare 5 star reviews, so you can imagine how stupid I feel because I forgot her name. I told myself I wouldn't do that and I did. My stupidity aside, this is your place and she is your gal. First, I ordered a unit online and that was so easy. Then I called and organized the delivery of moving pods. Which sounds easy, but working with moving pods was harder than I thought it would be. And she was so nice through all of my confusion and went out of her way to help me. Which I really appreciated because I was very stressed out at the time. Then the moving day came and I had issues with the moving company and the pod company and organizing the two. I spent the whole day in the parking lot waiting on people. And I ended up having to go into the office several times that day, for various odd reasons. Every time, she had to get up and come open the door. I felt really bad about that. But she continued to be smile-y and helpful. It was a hard, painful day for me and she was the bright spot. Thank you, B--something. Oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. Paying the bill is really easy. I pay by phone, but there are, like, 3 or 4 other ways. I have a great unit. The grounds are secure. I've been a customer of US Storage Centers for over a year, and they initially offered some great…read morerental deals. However, they gradually increase the rent for the same unit, which is a blatant scam. They also claim that the unit's price will increase in 30 days, but a few days later, they charge the new price that was supposed to be implemented 30 days later. The company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive, especially the management. I've visited their office three times to address these issues, and they promise that Yolanda Pena will contact me. She never does. I've also called their number and spoken to the call center, who assures me that the property manager will contact me. Yet, she never does either. Overall, US Storage Centers is a terrible company that shows no regard for its customers, rent elsewhere.
