I didn't know it…read morehad roaches till several months later because I bought it then went to Florida for the winter. I just returned earlier this month to roaches coming out the fridge by the dozens. I began to spray around the fridge and so many started to run out. Now I have been seeing roaches here and there in other parts of my house. I have lived in my home for several years and have never seen one roach until Best Used Appliances brought this infested refrigerator in my home. I am passed. I recommend no one to buy any used Appliances from them unless you want roaches. Now I have to pay for an exterminator to get rid of these pest. They should be called "Worst Used Appliances" because that's what they sell.

The following day, their technician ran the machine without fixing the problem, causing a second flood that also damaged the apartment below. The owner refused to speak with me. Through an employee, he blamed the flooding on a supposedly missing drain pan and offered a 12-month warranty instead of addressing the property damage. After I sent photographic proof that a drain pan was present, the company stopped responding and refused to provide its insurance certificate. Two floods, extensive damage, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this company.

Smh. 6 months later the freon leak out, and the refrigerator was DONE!!!! I had to get another refrigerator from a a reputable Nationwide company. This is because, fixing it will cost more than what the refrigerator was worth. Overall it was a very bad experience. I would never patronize that place again.

"Refurbished" to Charm City Appliances means a broken appliance that doesn't even have its main function working, and has other more minor broken parts as well, and this is on TOP of the scratches and dents which, again, a simple "refurb" isn't supposed to have ANY of. I went there expecting a good deal on a refurb or scratch'n'dent appliance. Instead what I got delivered to me was a broken appliance and a mean, condescending, and rude delivery guy. Never ever ever do business with this scammy shop which fails to do the bare minimum of what is expected of them: sell you a working appliance. I'm shocked regulators or lawsuits haven't put a stop to their shady business by now.
