This is completely unprofessional and unethical. Pricing should be based on the job, not who I am or where I live. I went ahead and paid the full amount. I would not recommend Wooten to anyone looking for honest or transparent service. I feel taken advantage of, and will be warning others to stay away.

Also, please have the make and model number of the appliance you wish to have fixed in hand when you call (he will ask you for it). For one thing, Crest does not repair on all appliance brands (the list of brands he repairs is on the website), but it also helps with the diagnosis and let's him know what possible replacement parts he should bring to your home.
