Steps are being taken to fix things, and the owner is regretful that things happened as they did. I appreciate it. (I'm so glad, because Anthony does seem like a delightful guy, and I would like his company to succeed. As long as clients concerns are taken seriously, I think it will! ;) I am shocked. I wish I had read the review already posted before we hired them. Our brand new, just-stained railing somehow managed to get all nicked up and gauged today. I understand accidents happen, and there is always a slim possibility of other reasons, but when pointed out, the response was, "We weren't even working there." What? It's exactly where they were working! And, "there's nothing that would have scratched there." It's exactly where the sharp edged gutter was brought up over the railing. I couldn't believe the lack of accountability which continued. They actually tried to say there were other spots along the railing that were banged up, which was actually just not-perfect staining over bumpy wood grain...not the same thing at all as the gauges left. When they offered to stain the railings, I declined, as I just wanted them out as soon as possible after feeling so hoodwinked and disrespected Also attached it a photo of a gutter that they had banged up early in their visit. Though they ended up using it where it couldn't be seen, which is fine, it is proof that there is carelessness involved in their work. Also attached is the horribly cut hole through our brand new deck for the gutter and a crookedly installed gutter. Shoddy and unaccountable.

A better idea sprung up in the end because a trip to our most-liked home store wasn't going to give us the look we desired. Hubs did his research and Brad's B. made the cut. Do know, that size matters- and if your shed exceeds a certain size, you'll need a permit to file with your town. But if it's a small shed you're going for, you can start building/installing as you wish. We had to file for one. Brad's B. is a leading retailer and installer of Amish-built sheds located on Route 28 in Kingston- and serve other counties as well. These folks provide an extensive range of Amish-built sheds and are built far beyond the standards that most companies build sheds to. While our new home was remodeled prior to purchasing, somehow, 2 original small, moisture-ruined on the foundation sheds were left on the property. We ditched them ASAP and went for a 16'x10 foot shed to spruce up the area. Most importantly, we wanted the shed to coordinate with the modern exterior of our home in the Catskills. Done deal. Dan is the man and explained to us the construction and installation that will take place in detail. Their sheds are built to order with your exact specifications using high quality materials or, you can(?) select one that's already built on the lot. We went with the first. Since we have the space for our guys to work with, all they needed to do was pave and ensure there's a suitable flat, firm base for the shed to be placed onto. We were sold. Plus they ensured us that their garden sheds stand the test of time and that was top priority for us. For the size shed we got, price was reasonable with a 3k as an initial payment and the last 4k when it was built. Our landscaping company built a platform for our shed to be placed on- but think(?) you can get this step done by Brad's B. The guys at Brad's situated our shed in place the day of like in no time and were smooth from start to finish.

The amount of options, while overwhelming, make sure you get exactly what you want. What makes this company a 5 Star is its people. I've dealt with the same sales rep (Devon) on all 5 sheds and he knows his stuff and gets you a quote and finalized order quite quickly. The delivery/install team is amazing. They have the experience and amazing equipment to get your product installed exactly how and where you want it without wasting any time. Nice assortment of shed to look at on their lot but more than willing to help get your custom shed in order. Easily located on Route 28 and with convenient hours, they make it easy to do business with. You may find cheaper sheds out there but you get what you pay for.
