They were at our house for 9 days which seemed reasonable given the amount of work that was done. I would rate the quality of the actual work done as a 4.5 out of 5. As for the details surrounding the work, it was an absolute " train wreck ". We have 120 feet of driveway with a 3 car parking area and for some reason they decided it was necessary to park several vehicles in our front yard. They even got a truck stuck trying to get it out. If you consider pouring a few bags of topsoil into all the ruts they made a " repair ", that's pretty crummy. While siding the front of the house, they destroyed the lights on the wall by our downstairs door. I replaced them myself after seeing how they handled the front lawn repair. They staged a trailer to remove all the old roofing and broke a chunk of blacktop off of the edge of the driveway. Something that could have easily been avoided by throwing down something to create a " step down " from the driveway to the grass but no care was taken there. Apparently, they left one night and it began to rain. 2 workers came back ( in the dark and rain ), went up on the roof, and covered something up that probably should have been covered before they left. Unfortunately, they threw a ladder up against the brand new gutters they had just installed, damaging them. We're still waiting for a replacement that has been promised for 2 weeks, which at this point doesn't look like it's going to happen. While installing the siding, they attempted to re-install some lighting they removed, thus causing us to spend a night with half the power out in our house. When presented with the problem, the response was, " We're not electricians ". We had plans to have them back to build a patio for us, and possibly side one of our " out buildings ". I think it's pretty safe to say at this point, we'll be spending our money elsewhere. Amazingly, they had some great reviews, but I can't give them one. Respect for customer property is paramount and we did not receive that. Once these guys get your cash, they're " history ".

The owner came out for the quote and he gave us excellent suggestions about how we could improve our current system with no added cost. The price was exceptionally reasonable. There was no attempt at upsell or trying to push us to decide right away. The owner, Joe, is a down to earth, trustworthy guy. He delivered exactly what he said he would, when he said he would using very high quality materials. His crew were very polite and respectful - so nice not to hear all the swearing we did when the roof was going on! The left the place neat with no debris left behind. These guys are the best!
