Words can't do justice in describing the excellent customer we received from start to finish. No threshold needed and the job was a 10+. Thank you Coastal Flooring & I will make sure all my friend know where to go for installation and/or repairs with there flooring. After looking around on Google, I called the telephone number listed and was pleasantly surprised when Thomas, the owner, picked up my call. After talking with him for a few minutes, I had a really good feeling that Thomas was a gem, especially when he offered to be over personally to look over the scope of the project and to give a more accurate quote. True to his word, Thomas showed up and walked my wife and me through the refinishing process, discussed the best staining options, talked about a couple small areas that needed repair/replacement, and provided a timeline for him to perform all the work. He was also a great resource as we considered other flooring options in other parts of our home (tile for example). The quote he gave us was more than reasonable - since we were dealing directly with Thomas, who was the person principally doing the work, there wasn't any markup for "overhead". We really have had great experiences with locally-owned, small businesses in Jacksonville, and Floor Boyz was one of the best. Thomas showed up and you could tell that he is a craftsman who understands wood flooring and takes great pride in his work, which shows in the care and time he took to make sure everything was done perfectly. After just sanding, we almost wanted to stop because the floors (older parquet, white oak) looked amazing! It just got better after he stained the floors and then after all of the polyurethane coating, they looked and felt absolutely amazing. In the process, we got to know Thomas - what a great guy and father. We truly enjoyed him and looked forward to him being in our house to visit with him. He may not have a fancy truck, or a uniform, or expensive advertising trying to sell the customer, but Thomas and Floor Boyz do an amazing job! I wouldn't hesitate to call Thomas if I need refinishing or installation (whether hardwood or luxury vinyl product) of my floors and I know I'd be more than pleased with the work and the price!

We had Donovan come out at least 10x, then David Gray multiple times, Snyders, Fenwick, Betros, Mr. Rooters and several others. No one could figure out what the issue was. We finally were referred to Clay County Master Plumbers. This group is unmatched. From the moment they arrived, it was evident that this team knew what they were doing and took their job seriously. Their professionalism was impressive, putting our anxieties at ease from the get-go. They took the time to listen to our concerns, asking detailed questions to understand the full scope of the issue. What stood out the most was their diagnostic prowess. While other plumbers had scratched their heads at the complexity of the problem, these experts dove right in. Armed with an arsenal of knowledge, they methodically identified and explained the root causes of the issues that had been plaguing my home. Not only did they possess the technical know-how, but their problem-solving skills were exceptional. It was clear that this wasn't just a job for them - it was a mission to restore peace and functionality to our home. They tackled each issue with a determination that spoke volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. At one point earlier in the process, the owner of the company called us while he was on vacation, just to assure us this problem would be solved by his team - no matter what. He also came to our home and worked with his team for hours to ensure the problem was solved. When you're dealing with an issue like this, for as long as we had been, this sort of gesture changes everything and alleviates so much anxiety. Throughout the process, the team maintained open communication, updating me on their progress and explaining each step of the repair process. Their transparency and willingness to educate me on the intricacies of the plumbing system instilled confidence and trust in their expertise. Our plumbing issues were resolved efficiently, effectively, and with a level of finesse that exceeded my expectations. They even rearranged their schedule to make sure it was fixed before our son's first birthday party at our house (which would have absolutely been ruined, if the issue had not been resolved). The team left my home in pristine condition, and I couldn't be more grateful for their dedication to their craft. If you find yourself in the midst of a plumbing crisis and need a team that can turn chaos into calm, look no further than CCMP. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and am incredibly thankful for the peace of mind they've restored to my home.
