Of course we agreed since we have had this problem for over a week! They were waiting when we pulled up. Very professional, explained everything as they went along. They were patient and answered all the questions my hubby had for them including myself. They left no mess. And in my opinion the repair cost was very reasonable. It turns out, Don Willis was formerly affiliated with KTK Plumbing and had installed a kitchen sink faucet in my home a couple years ago. They (he was accompanied by his son, an apprentice, I believe) arrived on time and quickly went to work. When they moved the washing machine to make access to the drain easier they "discovered" a secondary access to the drain. Using both access, as well as a hundred foot snake, the cleaned out the drain all the way to my septic system. The whole job took about an hour, and I've had no drainage problems since then.

He lied about my hot water heater being an "emergency " and lied about smelling gas, I even found out that he put a fake tag that is used by the propane company to warn you not to fill the tank, he tagged my hot water heater so I'd get a new one. He then wanted to charge me 5500$ for a hot water heater. I'm not exaggerating, this is criminal! This guy is a scam artist! Beware!

Drove all the way from Plymouth to get a custom length hose for dishwasher to retrofit a new…read moredishwasher into a house built in 1981. The man who helped me was very short with me (with a smile, all the while being polite). I gave him the piece that came with the dishwasher and asked for a 12' hose that would work. I also brought in the hose the homeowner used which was a 3/4" hose. He came out with a hose cut to 12' and put it on the counter. It was the wrong size. Called the manager. He made it right.

He 100% saw me and his hood was about a foot past the trunk of my car, which completely prevented me from merging (as the lane ended right where I was). He had plenty of time to slow down, and didn't even have to that much. I wouldn't hire from someone who doesn't make sure their employees are driving safely and paying attention.

John came out today and dug up our septic tank this morning, and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We got to watch the whole process (digging up the covers, pumping, and all that goes with it). John was a hoot to work with, and made us laugh throughout the process! Our tank hasn't been pumped in 10 years, and he said it looked good for such a long time. We're going to have risers installed, so we can make their next visit even easier...Great father and son team family business. Very friendly service, and good value for the cost, too.
