He had a direct line into the manufacturer rep who was able to get a tech on the phone right away. He was mindful of our space, was tidy, answered all of our questions, all of that. Even with a tight-ish space to work in, there was no hemming and hawing. With a friendly demeanor he just got to it. These guys saved the day after Home Depot screwed me over…read more Come back from being gone all weekend to find out our water heater was no longer working. After talking with the gal who answered the phone and explaining the mess we were in, they had someone go out that morning to investigate the problem. They called me back late that morning, gave me an estimate ( a bit higher than I anticipated) and said they could be there the next day. Next day comes, and lo and behold they show up! They completed the job in a few hours including making sure all was up to code. County Inspector came out and no issues. All in all very happy with the job done and the efficiency of their service.

The company that did the inspection quoted my mother a ridiculously high amount of money, so I decided to look around. I got a few estimates and Pat Murphy plumbing and backhoe was one of them. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was way under what the first company tried to get my mother to pay. More importantly, he seemed by far the most knowledgeable. We decided to go with him and he put us on the schedule for the following week. He showed up on time, he worked very fast, and the job was completed before schedule. We found a new plumber!
