Sam and his brother are very honest, down to earth, highly skilled, and do great work at a fair price. Their grandfather and father started the auto shop many years ago, so they are carrying on the legacy and doing a phenomenal job! My father and I have had Faucette work on our 1990 Chevy Pickup and 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis and both times we had very positive experiences. Our repair work is usually planned maintenance, so we could drop the vehicle off with them and pick it up later in the week. This was a win-win, the work was performed in a quality manner, and they could work it into their schedules with the other vehicles being worked on. I wouldn't hesitate to take your vehicles to Faucette. I will forever!

From the moment they answer the phone with "How can I serve you?", you can tell customer service is at the heart of what they do. Steve is usually the person I work with, and he has always been fantastic to deal with. The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. It's hard to find an auto shop you can fully trust these days, but Christian Brothers has absolutely earned ours.

I went to the another shop, one recommended to me for their integrity, who stated they would look for free and fix whatever they found. Turns out, there was no leak in the first place, and that the dripping had other explanations not requiring any expensive intervention. Chapel Hill Tire has lost my trust. Do not give these fearmongerers and scammers your business. Their shiny new interior is paid for by your dollars, once they scare you into paying for things you don't need.
