The loaner vehicle I received (a 2023, mind you) was not clean, with dirt all over the floor mats. If you have an in house "detailing department" I expect the car I get will actually be clean. Vacuum out your own vehicles. I got my vehicle back, which is still in pristine condition from when I bought it, and was taken aback at the dirty handprints all over the ceiling of my car (on the fabric). I went back in to tell/show them...I sent it back twice. Got home to discover dirt on my floor mats that should've been vacuumed up, along with muddy spots on the door jams. I'm horrified that I got my car back much much dirtier than when I took it in. Do better! This weekend I checked over it again (in better sunlight) to find dozens more dirty spots along with an area they didn't tuck in the ceiling padding all the way. I'm now having to take it back to get this fixed and cleaned up. I expect a lot more from a "luxury" car dealership. I won't be recommending Leith to others.

Recently purchased my third Audi, since I've not had one since 2018 I will update this after my first service experience, but to me I never experienced issues with the service teams not doing what they wanted. I wonder if many people review their dealers though and most of the reviews here are for people who had a bad experience and wanted to report it.

Prior to moving here I had all routine services done as recommended by Audi and an extra service with new tires for the long road trips we decided to take to find a place to relocate out of FL. On the final road trip to Wake Forest my heater quit blowing heat and in spring my AC stopped. Tried a local service for the heater, they could only get parts from an Audi dealer so cost was no better. Then for the AC, went to this dealer and was handed a $10k estimate with a handful of additional repairs no one ever mentioned before. That was last straw. It was certified used and during the extended warranty repairs were covered so I put up with the 2x cost of maintenance because it was a great sized wagon that's hard to come by these days. I hate big suvs and the compact types have too little space for carrying stuff. Anyway I found a certified used honda civic hatchback with under 20k mi - told them about the repairs needed on the Audi and they still gave me a reasonable trade-in. Hatchback isn't quite as handy as the Audi but I added a roof rack and it's satisfying my needs. Replaced the battery and it cost 1/3 the cost of the Audi. My oil changes are half the cost. Obviously, most people that can afford an Audi can afford the servicing. I was not expecting to own it until retirement but when we relocated and my commuting went to zero I had not considered time can wear on a car in that constant heat and humidity and should have sold it far sooner. All that is just my Audi experience. Great car, high maints. The dealer issue is another thing. No discussion of what repairs might have been able to be delayed considering my lack of regular commuting these days. Their position was all are either comfort or safety required. After I got rid of the Audi, I managed to get them to stop sending me emails and texts. However for two years now they refuse to stop sending me postcards. Not just to generic customer, but to my name. I called and got confirmation from a somewhat rude young lady that they would stop but that has not happened. The postcards keep coming. Terrible customer response! If I were to hit the lottery and were in the market for an Audi, this would certainly turn me away from this dealer.

He clearly told me that he doesn't work on German cars but he is willing to try repairing it, if I am in a hurry during the weekend. He did an excellent job on it. Two times, when I called him to schedule repair, he told me that its not a big deal and how can I repair myself. The only other person I know who would give a free advice when, he can make easy money is Danny, who repairs appliances on my rentals. I almost never do any work on my cars except changing oil and air filters and mostly use Lakbir or a dealer for the repairs.. He was right in his diagnosis on the phone and one time I fixed the issue without taking car to the dealer and other time, it helped me that I told dealer that I know what is wrong with the car, so that they don't rip me off. Lakbir is one of "the most honest and fair person", I know. He is professional and does an excellent job. I have met many people who have bought cars from him and praise him for his professionalism and honesty.
