In addition, the system came with exactly ZERO instructions of any kind. Just an amp, an amp wiring kit (generic), the speakers, a line leveler (garbage), and a bunch of wiring and ends to try and make it work. No manuals or instructions whatsoever. This line leveler that was sold is a crappy way to try and make a 4-speaker system work, but it removes the ability to fade from front to back. Simply suggesting that the proper wiring harness be purchased with it (one made for the amp and a Harley) would have resolved that. And any type of simple (short) instructions would have taken some guess work out of this. I was doing this install on a Saturday, so getting support wasn't an option. When I did hear from him on Sunday, his crappy attitude towards the whole thing tells me everything I need to know about him and his company. I'll never recommend or buy from this company, and I'd strongly recommend nobody else does either. Find another vendor (like Crutchfield or the like), and save yourself a bunch of grief.

Now they say they'll replace the compressor, but I have to pay for a full system kit that should have been identified the first time. They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.

Sent me a list of numerus thins they said needed repair . I only authorized what I took it in for . 2000 dollars later I went out to get in truck and the battery was bone dead ! They wanted to keep it another day and do more tests , I was very uncomfortable with what was going on so I told them no I have a charger at home I went home charged my battery and it is holding a charge . And then you add that the check engine light is back on and took it somewhere else and had the code read , it was the same code as before . Of course they wanted me to bring it back in !!!!! I called RNR beforehand for an alignment just to drive and find out they had no techs for an alignment and they were super rude when I came in. I don't know why but it is super hard to find solid businesses in this town with people who enjoy what they do/have a positive attitude in their workplace. The alignment here was like $5ish more than RNR but man that extra $5 is worth it for the experience/friendly employees.

The extremely nice lady running the office was 100% honest with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and had vehicles parked out in the street that they still needed to check out and it would be right at 2 weeks before they could check my truck out. She was pretty accurate with that timeline. They checked out my truck and got me a quote (their phones were having issues - so she worked with me via Text (which was awesome as I could handle this all the while continuing my work day!)). She provided me both a quote and ETA of the repair which I promptly agreed to. They had my truck wrapped up & ready for pick up just a few business days later. I picked my truck up and the same nice lady gave me a run down of my repairs and their findings as well as instructions that they put dye in my A/C system so if I had issues just give them a shout. I drove the truck home but still had concerns with the A/C. I texted her and she told me to drop the truck back off. Shortly after our exchange I dropped the truck back off - but had another lengthy discussion about what I was experiencing. Chuck's team took another crack at my problem (Basically the A/C had no freon leaks, and would at times take upwards of 30 mins to cool the truck off. It just didn't cool like it used to.) Within just a few short days - I was given my diagnosis - I wasn't crazy!! I received my quote & ETA of the repair just like last time and Chuck's team delivered once again! I definitely got what I paid for. And like many others - I am a satisfied/happy customer. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!

They told him the AC compressor part is going to be over $2k, IF, that's what it ends up being. To add insult to injury if he doesn't end up getting the work done there they want $75 if he leaves his car there. These ppl are a joke. He has no other vehicle, he's an hour and a half away from family!! No compassion. Rip off central, stay away.
