The bank tellers were useless and told me we can't help you out, you will have to call the BOA prepaid card customer service telephone number. Meanwhile, The teller said they have a bunch of card skimming and fraud on EDD accounts. BOA employees know it's a problem, but the Bank doesn't invest money into upping its security to prevent scammers stealing Your tax payers money, that you pay into. If you file fraud claim BOA treats you like a criminal. I filed a police report. Reported fraud to EDD. I let bank account know immediately I noticed the transactions. Next step is to seek legal advice from an attorney. I will go to news and paper until BOA which is FDIC insured returns my money into account from fraudulent charges that is covered by Reg E!
