this shop I believe is under a new name off Aspen in Broken Arrow. I took my car therecand had to take back a couple of times do to Fish eyes condo scratches still noticeable in pant . they only operate according to what can adjuster from an insurance company request even tho I offered to just pay out of my pocket for a new hood . the adjuster from State Farm insurance insisted that my hood was damaged from a previous accident but never since ive been owner of car and paid off as well so since the adjuster would not authorize a new hood the just repaired my hood instead of replacing. and a shotty body work job done on the corner. where as any one with half a brain would know that you can not pull out or straighten up a damaged hood especially if it involves strengthening structure points as in framing. I now have a truck that has been involved of an accident which is not my fault as well as my car . but I will never ever use this Body Shop as long as live. pretty sure same Company with a new name cause it is at the Location as A1Autobody off Aspen in Broken Arrow. read more

Beware, Beware, Beware. After waiting a month to get an appointment, they took 5 weeks to fix a dent in a door. They used many excuses, waiting on parts, waiting on insurance company, it's difficult to paint etc. Communication from A-1 was nonexistent. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldn't pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didn't have my car because I didn't bring it in. At delivery the car's interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didn't have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didn't want this review to get too long. There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere read more

Oh god how do I even get started, about three months ago my mother had rear ended a truck in my Toyota Camry. At the time, I'm guessing they're were no other auto body shops open where she could tow my car. This is where it all goes wrong because she takes it to this place, A-1 Auto Body, and oh good lord let me tell you it's been one hell of an experience, like actually a living nightmare. At first, they have to set an appointment for the car which I understand may take a bit, since it is in a pretty busy area, so maybe 2-3 weeks go by and I hear they are finally working on the car and that it would be done around July 16th hopefully (mind you I wrecked the car June 13th, so it's been in the shop since then). Okay, we reach that time and this is when the excuses start rolling in "oh we're missing a part" "oh we're waiting on parts" "oh insurance is taking forever" mind you we are the ones calling THEM, not them calling us. So, this goes on for a few months and finally we're here, September 5th ,2024, we've been calling insurance , we called A-1 themselves, I've checked and looked on my Toyota app for updates on my car, I know and can tell that my car is ready. We called this morning and we got the update that insurance was going to look at the car, we call back to A-1 this afternoon, and we get " Insurance won't cover the remaining 2,000 for a missing light in the car." "If you want your car back you can pay the 2k yourself" Oh. My. God. Can you actually be so for real? Like is this real life ? More excuses, again! Every review that has a 1 star on here is right . DO. NOT. GO. TO. A-1. BODY. SHOP. even if you're life depended on it. This place needs to go out of business ASAP. read more

Kept my vehicle for a month, then called on a Friday at 3pm, telling me to come for it and bring cash. I was presented a dirty truck that was FAR from finished. I had already paid for it. I see why they want cash, so, the CC company won't reverse charges for an unsatisfactory job. This is last place on earth I would take my ride! read more

If zero stores was an option this would be at Henderson my car back to different times to get fixed it's still not done it's still wrong my windshield broke I have peace is not sitting right they messed up the visor as well as I have several other little issues going on from the work they've done it took them almost 6 months to complete my job blamed it on the insurance company every time used to take our company trucks here years ago and they were great it seems like they went 100% downhill I will never return with any of my vehicles read more

Last year I had a huge scratch across my car, after first body shop gave me a quote of $1500 A-1 said it would be only around $400 after buffing almost all of it off fir free!!! I was so impressed by honesty I experienced that after I was in hit and run couple weeks ago I had no doubt in my mind where I wanted to take my car for repairs. Four days later my car was like new. If you need any kind of car body repair go talk to Matt, he will take a great care of you. Highly recommend this place!!! Honesty is hard for find these days. read more

I had to take my care there after a wreck and had nothing but great service from them. They even went out of their way to get inside detailing covered by my insurance because the wreck caused drinks in the car to ruin the upolstry. They were quick and always responded quickly with my questions. read more

I took my Jeep there after a car accident. When I picked it up, it all looked good then I discovered they did not do all the work they were supposed to do. They did not replace the damaged exhaust that was part of the job. When I called them on it, they admitted fault and rectified the problem. My advice if you you use this shop is to double/triple check their work to make sure they do everything you are paying for. All other body shops I have used have been better on this so be on your toes with this shop. I will not use them again after this experience. read more

I had a horrible experience with A-1 Auto Body. Poor workmanship and customer service. I had to bring my car back 4 times. Body parts not aligned,missing door light in handle, water leaking into floorboard (twice), bent trim on dashboard(which happened after I returned it the last time). They wanted me to write them a check for a new tire that was not covered by insurance. I had them put the old tire back on (still fine after 6 months). When I picked up my car for the last time they fixed the leak but it had a puddle of water in the floor that I was left to deal with. Overall very disappointing. read more

Repeat customer, excellent work on my vehicles.....SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! 3% upcharge for paying with credit card, refused personal check...Ok, advised I would not return if I was charged that fee. WOW! Did they ever get pissed and decide to really act like a bunch of unprofessional crybabies, one guy even acted like he wanted to get in my face!! I was given an estimate for 2442.19 then they charged my ins. an additional 625.00. Oh and by the way Dave JR....Nowhere on your estimate does it say that the insurance check is to be endorsed over to you, no personal checks and that there is a 3% charge for using a CC. Just remember.....You are NOT the only gig in town you guys were really pathetic acting. read more

We took our Tahoe to A1 Auto Body after being rear ended. They seemed friendly at first but after dropping off our vehicle it was difficult to get ahold of anyone to get updates on repairs. After we got our Tahoe back it's never been the same. The back defroster tab came off, A1 would not fix it. The rear access pops when you open the back and the plastic molded parts in the back have come loose. I'm would not recommend A1. read more

I drive by this place almost daily. Saw a banner about their auto detail business in front. The 1st time i was there, saw at least 3 salespersons. No one even said a word! No greetings. Left there after waited for about 5 minutes. Came back a few weeks later, and pretty much the same thing happened. This time I decided to get their attention myself instead waiting for them to ask me what I needed. So I went ahead to let them detail my car. They took my car to the back and pretty much left it there. After a long wait, I had to pressure them to start on my car. Not quite sure why they offer car detail service, 'cause they clearly were NOT interested in the detail customers. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor for giving them my business. Anyhow, it was just a terrible experience. I like to support local businesses, but I absolutely will not support businesses that treat customers this way. read more

I was waited on fairly quickly when I came in. I got an estimate for the body damage. I decided to try their work. They dealt directly with the insurance and all I had to do was drop my car off and give them the claim number. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready by Friday. (I actually could have picked it up Thursday evening, but waited until Friday.) The car had been washed. The outside of the car was pretty clean and it appeared the carpets had been vacuumed, but the seats were not. There was a fine dust on the seats and all the plastic interior. I observed shadows or smudges at the edges of where the body work had been done. I thought it might be polished out so I waited 90 days (I was told not to use car polish for 90 days on the new paint) and then tried to polish out the shadows, but could not because it was under the surface. I returned the car to A-1 and it was corrected without hesitation, but required a few days back in the shop. After picking the car up, the problem was corrected and the interior appeared to be free from dust. read more
