A few friend recommended looking into paint protection film. Auto Distinctions had done a fantastic job tenting my BMW windows, so I checked with them first. They recommended PPF on the front surfaces and ceramic coating all around. Tesla only tints the back windows , so I added tinting the front windows to make it all match. It took a week to get everything done and the results were fantastic. The car looks better than new! A fantastic look that will last years. Were I again unable to find a tint shop operating communications in the current century, I'd gladly take another car here for window tinting. This vehicle is a first vehicle for a teenager that DOES NOT have her license yet so it has been driven minimally. More than enough time to cure especially with the high heat days we've already had. Second, because the vehicle is for a teenager I decided that a lower quality film would be fine. Mind you I paid $1200 for lifetime warranty ceramic on my vehicle and have lesser quality variations on previous vehicles. Apparently, lower/lowest quality film means all around trash between quality, installation, and customer service. When I called and asked if there was a warranty on the film I was open and told them when I had the tint installed. As any business owner should they questioned why I waited so long. I can go into excuses, but I won't. I'll just say life. After explaining the situation I was told I got the lowest quality film and that there wasn't a warranty. I explained that this was likely NOT the film but issues with the installation and air quality where the install took place. After I made that statement then it was well if you would have in two or three weeks after the job was done. I've emailed the shop. Waiting on a response if I get one. Either way, so your research, ask about quality and installation warranties, and just because a company can get you in quickly and is on the cheaper side does not mean the work or customer service will be quality.

They can pretty much find any part you need with competitive prices. The employees are fantastic. Excellent costumer service. Replaced the windshield 4 times and we are still having issues. They broke multiple parts of the…read morevehicle with the install, dented the frame of the vehicle, scratched off a lot of exterior paint, stained the interior of the Land Rover with grease and glue, cracked the trim on one side of the vehicle, and they refuse to fix any of it. They offered a paint pen as a solution. The vehicle is in worse shape then it was going into the shop. The cracked windshield looked better than all the damage they did to the vehicle when receiving it. Not to mention they scheduled me to bring the vehicle in multiple times only to tell me they don't have the parts and sent me away. It's an hour round trip. We've made 7 trips (that's 7 hours worth of driving) and it's still not repaired. The manager claims none of this is his responsibility. Showed us before photos of the trim nice and perfect then after breaking the trim the second time around showed us new photos of the cracked trim claiming the original photos never existed.

Okay ... I have a great review of this Safelite…read more. My rear view mirror came off from the extreme heat this Summer from a Safelite replacement windshield over 3 yrs ago. Without any drama - Blake the technician- squeezed me in and fixed it in 25 minutes and didn't ask for a dime! I even tried to tip him and he refused. Highly recommend!
