Also, I had initially purchased the at-home-assembly option for this grill offered by HomeDepot.com - they outsource to a third party with a flat fee charged when I bought the grill. However, this third party was unresponsive, so 3 phone calls later, I cancelled that portion of the purchase. Home Depot gave me no hassle in refunding that fee immediately back on my credit card, and they asked me for feedback on that third party. I explained to him I did not receive payment for work completed. I submitted pictures as well as the work order that was submitted to my email as proof. Mike then sent me a text message with an email link to their Finance department.I then sent an email explaining the above situation. Once again no response. I then demanded that day respond to my email and submit payment for the work order I completed immediately or I would take further action. After that email I then received a response later that day asking me for my zelle information. I then responded and sent my zelle information.And of course the zelle never came. After much frustration I reached out again to their finance department. I asked him where my missing payment was? They then explain to me yesterday that they would send it by the end of the day.
