The staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable, so their hiring and training is on point. We had Maxine as our host and she was wonderful. Once in a while there maybe a glitch for a player but it isn't frequent, and that's just how technology goes. That's not really anyone's fault. The staff always fixed the glitch quickly. Most of the games are geared toward older kids (and adults) but they do have 2-3 games for younger ones. Booking online is the easiest. But if you're too late for your game, you won't be able to play because the game time cannot be shortened and you will create a backup for other customers. Highly recommend you come 15 min early to check in and get outfitted. Bring your own water bottle. You will get sweaty. If you forget your water, they sell refrigerated water for $4.

Our party was on a Friday night at 7pm and we were lucky enough to have the entire building to ourselves that night. The bathroom was clean. The vr headsets were clean and properly sanitized after each kid took a turn playing. Seemed like there was a good variety of games for the kids to choose from. While 4 kids played using the vr headsets, the other 3 kids were still entertained by playing video games on a switch. The staff, (Harley and RJ) were great. They were professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. Their explanations on how to use the vr sets were clear and easy for the kids to understand. They made themselves available for questions and assistance during gaming. My kids loved them. They said "The workers were goated. The girl was lit! She kept roasting our friend Lennox and it was funny! And the guy was chill. He kept giving w (winning) tips! " There were a few board games there (Operation, Connect 4, Uno and a few others) and Harley offered to play a board game with my 6 year old who wasn't participating in the gaming experience.
