Buying meat from 10 mile west gives me piece of mind knowing where the food I'm serving my family came from. Since we pasture raise our calves from new born's with regenerative pasture management practices I know the calves are kept in optimum health and the land is being taken care of. I know when the meat was harvested, frozen and I can pick out, defrost and cook fresh when I'm ready. 20 lb box is the perfect investment. Good prices, great quality.

When I started taking my daughter to her for riding lessons, I made it clear to her that my work schedule changes frequently because I am a nurse. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem. She even told me she had another student that was a nurse who she was able to accommodate for lessons. Well everything was great in the beginning, but then she started canceling lessons because it was too hot or too cold, (so much for her "come rain or shine" claim), or she was sick, had to go out of town, etc. I made several attempts to reschedule but as of late she said my schedule was too difficult to accommodate lessons for my daughter. She also informed me that we are supposed to have set days and times for the lessons- so much for accommodating my schedule. I always paid her a months worth of lessons in advance, but now she couldn't accommodate my schedule anymore. She sent me a letter stating "we no longer met her qualifications to take lessons." Well excuse me, I apologize for working and taking care of sick people like her and that my work schedule doesn't allow my daughter the stability to have a set schedule for lessons. Nor did I realize we had to qualify to take lessons. Shame on her!!!!!

For a free admission pumpkin patch, Sons is on fire. It's hard to find pumpkin patches with free admission these days. The closest patched to us is Del Oso Farms and without having been there before... I'm sure you can understand the hesitancy to spend $35 a person just to get through the gate. Plus, who wants to hang out in lines and big crowds? With little kids that just isn't my vibe these days. I heard entry to sons was free, that they had a corn pit and a petting zoo for $8, and I figured that is enough to give my kids a fun little fall outing. So we went for a nap drive and ended up here. They had lots of parking set up in the field adjacent to the pumpkin village, but luckily going midweek It wasn't very busy. They had just about everything you would want. - huge varieties of pumpkins - multiple corn pits woth dozers and dump trucks - pumpkin painting - food vendors - photo ops galore for all your instas - hay maze (no corn maze) - haunted maze - petting zoo with baby goats, ducks,geese, a turkey, bunnies, reptiles and more We had so much fun and love all the beautiful pumpkin houses, mums and arrangements. They seriously did such a good job decorating. Thank you for having an affordable, low key option for us to get outdoors and have a family day!

For the kids (and kids at heart), there's a small petting zoo and a fun haunted maze, which added to the whole experience without being overwhelming.
