We decided to stop here on our drive home from Yosemite to the Bay Area as it broke up our drive for our toddler and was something fun to do. I booked the night before, very last minute, and there were no issues! Jeff and Rona were ready when we arrived and provided the most fun tour of their animals and property to our family. They were patient and accommodating with my toddler, and let her feed several of the animals. At the end of the tour, she got some time to play on the property. The giant play structure might have been her favorite part! The little train ride was an added bonus as well. You can tell that the animals are all loved and cared for as well. Made my husband and I want to quit our city jobs and go start a farm! Such a fun spot and again, perfect to break up the drive to/from Yosemite.

We took my parents and son here for a tour (it's by appointment only, very easy to book on their website) and had a wonderful time! Jeff and Ronna showed us around their property and showed us all the animals they raise. The adults has a great time learning about all the different animals and my son had a blast looking around and clucking back at the chickens. We didn't feel rushed at all and really felt Jeff and Ronna were sharing something truly special with us. The property is so cool (I can imagine being a kid in awe!) and the work and craft put into building it truly is a site to see. At the end, we got to ride on their little train (which my son loved)! Totally recommend checking this place out.

We visited Fraser's Backyard Barnyard and did not regret it one bit! We had one on one stops with every animal they have and got to ride on the train. It is definitely a go to spot if you don't know what to do with your kiddos, or even a cute date! Definitely will be back with more people.

They do serve lunch to 2pm. We were here to have lunch and then take pictures at their lavender farm. Hopping to catch some blooming lavender. Sadly, it was mostly a green garden w not much blooming lavender. There were a few other flowers blooming tho. Upon arrival.... Pros 1) plenty of parking. 2) location was plain but pretty and clean. 3) they had like 4 to 8 tables on the front by the parking area where you walk in. I saw a few people eating there. 4) they had a beautiful wooden table in the back on the grassy area with 6 chairs around it. That's where we sat for lunch. Our reservation was at 12pm. We got seated right away. Today was perfect to eat outside. There is no indoor seating or a restaurant here. I didn't see any. 5) there is a gift shop. But we didn't make it to see the inside 6) they serve salads and sandwiches here for lunch. Very simple and short menu. Their soup of the day today was tomato bisque. 7) our sandwiches and salads tasted fine. But salads are large portions. I could have shared my chicken salad with another. Sandwiches are normal size. Enough for one person. 8) Drinks were ok. Water tasted good. No funky or metal taste to it. 9) two porter potty bathroom but clean. Not the typical blue porter potties at putdoor events. A little nicer and it flushes. 10) our server was very nice. Cons 1) it took a long time to get our meals once we ordered. We were seated at 12pm. But we didn't get our salads and sandwiches till like an hourish later. By the time our foods came out, we sat to catch up and eat, and celebrate a bday, it was like 1:45ish already. Gift shop closes at 2pm. 2) our young server seems like she's still in training. But she was good. Wish they check on their customers more often. But maybe she was the only one taking orders. I don't know. 3) Conclusion This location was nice. Clean. Pretty. There wasn't any lavender blooming when we were there. But I heard it's a hit and miss to catch it in bloom too get beautiful pictures. It's ok though. We found other areas to get nice photos in. Foods were ok. Meh. But salads looked pretty and in large portions. Chicken on the salads were perfectly made. It was juicy and not dry. Each of our plates were $18. There is a small drinks menu. With both their menus being short, it made it so much easier to order something. Love that no one rushed us out after 2pm. We were allow to take our time on the area to take photos. They were setting up for a 4pm wedding. Not to bad here.

Well, that didn't happen. I feel that the money we spent on the arrangement didn't fit the upgrade. After calling to ask if there had been a mistake, we were offered to bring the arrangement back in so they could add more flowers and baby's breath. We were also told that they don't deliver to Manteca and that cost them $40 to have it delivered. We weren't denied delivery when ordering online. We paid the extra fees for delivery when we placed the order so had no clue that they don't usually deliver to Manteca. The company could have told us this when they had reached out to us about our credit card not going through. There was a block for possible fraud that we needed to take care of. They were patient while we got that taken care of. I just wish that we had received a nicer arrangement. The upgraded arrangement was for long stemmed roses. The Loves Devine Bouquet. Upgraded price was $199 plus tax and delivery fee of $25. The arrangement didn't feel like a $199 arrangement. Sad to say, for our future Floral Arrangement needs, we will be going elsewhere. We live in San Jose and were ordering for a family member in Manteca.
