Fantozzi farms is located conveniently right off of the main drag in Patterson. We drove from Tracy, so it was super convenient that it is close to the freeway. They charge $15 to get in, but it was discounted to $12 per person since we went on a weekday. My daughter is almost 2 years old, and the main attraction that she was interested in the animals. Since it was not too busy, she also got to enjoy the giant pillow bouncer. We ran through bales of hay, played in the corn pit, and enjoyed some fresh homemade pumpkin bread from the snack shack. Overall, we had a great time despite being able to utilize many attractions since she wasn't old enough. I would say that the rest of the attractions would be perfect for ages three and up. I should also mention 2 & under are free, so there's quite a bit got a two year old to do considering. We hung around for over two hours having fun as a family, until the mosquitoes started coming out after sunset, If you're local to the area, I definitely think it's worth the visit! Cute little pumpkin patch, we went on Thursday evening the day before Halloween and it wasn't severely packed. Service at the front booth was quick and friendly. She kindly asked if we wanted to pay together or separate and she even gave us the arm bands to assist the next people in line. The attractions were cute and functional, for both kids and adults. There was plenty of pumpkins to choose from, small, large, different colors. And the price was actually pretty good. Definitely will be going there next year. read more

We love visiting Fantozzi Farm's Corn Maze. We have been visiting for the last 11 years. Our kids are grown, but my sister and I keep going. This year, there was so much more to do. We shot arrows, made baskets with the new basketball throw area, met alpacas (be sure to pet them from below, not try to touch their heads), and went on the hay ride to see the scarecrows entered in the competition. It's that time of the year again and we were looking for a pumpkin patch mixed with a corn maze for adults. The location is right off highway 5 and easy to get to. I was very impressed with the corn maze and it was so much fun. We were given a map of the maze. Throughout the maze are 12 checkpoints, and if we reached each of these checkpoints and got the stamp specifically for each, we were to receive a free pumpkin each. There are two mazes with six checkpoints within each. It took us about 45 mins but seemed a lot longer because I got so lost. The corn is about eight feet tall and when you are in the maze, the map becomes extremely helpful. Suggestion is to make sure you have a bottle of water while trekking through the map and try not to go in the middle of the day because it got quite hot. There were other little activities for the family. There were goats to pet, jumpy machine, a hay pyramid, two different tractor rides, corn shooters, and slides. For the little ones, there are two smaller mazes with one being big enough that strollers can be pushed through. All the pumpkins were laid out beautifully in their courtyard and we got to pick out whichever one we liked. There was a good selection of pumpkins in varies sizes, white ones, small ones, and oddly shaped ones. Highly recommended for adults and families of all sizes. We met another family with grown children who were have a race to find all the checkpoints in the corn mazes to spice of their adventure. Just make sure to bring water! read more

Huge corn maze, it would take a few hours of your day! But they also had fun little rides and slides, a goat petting zoo, a corn pool and tons of pumpkins! Cute little spot to stop and stretch your legs on a road trip or a family day with young kids. Our favorite game there was a zombie paintball shooting range. We went early on Wednesday the pumpkin patch was empty and it was just my little brother and I. We got greeted by a very nice lady she was so sweet and kind to my 4 year old brother and I. I paid 8 dollars since my brother is four he got in for free. Personally, my first corn maze ever. It was great!!! The Maze was very well planned out. 12 checkpoints, and you can complete as many as you want. It took just over a hour to complete. Several directions you could go. If your not paying attention to the map they give you at the beginning, you could very easily get lost. Highly recommended for family, couples, groups. Bring your hiking boots, the ground is quite lumpy. read more

Being a city slicker means one hasn't ever appreciated some of the fun things of a more rural existence. I've been to Universal Orlandos haunted houses and never liked them. Too well lit, way way too long lines, too many screaming tweens .....overall not fun. We bought the Fantozzi farms haunted maze tickets made the drive to Patterson to check out this corn maze. LOVED IT! it was clear night , everyone seemed to be having fun and the corn maze was actually scary! My creepiest moment were these little "monsters" that quietly followed me for a bit (without me knowing); and when I got separated from my group, I turned around to see a couple of monsters silently watching me from behind. That.was.scary. I would say it was done better than Universal Orlando's horror night. The moonlit darkness of the maze added to the whole creepy factor. Overall a fun evening. One word of advice .. watch your step .. LITERALLY. (lol) read more

We really wanted to love love love this as we have never been to a corn maze before. Spent $40 for 4 people. The overall concept was interesting and fun, they told us everything we needed to know along with a little map and how to get points for certain check points..... except they didn't tell us about.... THE MUD!!!! We didn't get very far because the amount of sticky clay mud was intense!!! The more you walked the more our shoes were covered and caked with mud, it was crazy, I have never seen anything like it. We were only walking in the maze for 15 minutes before we had to turn around, along with a whole bunch of other people, several people ruined their shoes, not enjoyable at all. We went back to the entrance and told them it was far too muddy to continue, We did NOT ask for our money back, but was hoping they would have given a pass for another day....or something. All they did was loan us a bunch of paint scrapers to scrape the mud off of our shoes (so evidently they knew it was a problem). The reason for the A-OK review, is that they could have told us there would be an issue with the grounds and at least forewarn us, but decided to take our money instead. Oh well, live and learn :-( read more

I brought my son about a month ago and thought this was very ideal and affordable. We went on a Saturday evening and the were fairly crowded...We were able to go into the corn maze & haunted corn maze for $22 total for unlimited times through the mazes. My son was a little scared the 1st time going through the haunted maze but after about a 30 minute break checking out the other attractions, he went another 5 times. I recommend checking this family owned operation and support your local business'. also bring your own snacks and drinks if you are on a tight budget. read more

Felt like it was a waste of my money. To even go in the court yard with your child you had to pay. I understand that I would have to pay for cousin but for me to have to pay for something that I'm not going to participate in was a waste. I didn't not go in or on anything and still had to pay $8 so I can be in the area with my little cousin. Just excellent! So when we found out Dell Osso raised prices and started doing admission we figured we would try a different pumpkin patch out! So happy we did. This place is family oriented and everyone that worked here seemed very friendly. LOVED HOW IT WAS NOT CROWDED NO WAIT LINES. The pumpkins ($6-$12) are HUGE! Omg we got some awesome pumpkins. There is a lot to do here. We didnt do the maze but we did the whole courtyard deal/kids cow train and had a blast. The tube slides were a hit for my 4 year old! We will def be back next year. This was our second year visiting the corn maze. Every year the corn maze has a different theme, so you are never bored! It has many different attractions for kids of all ages and families, couples and group outings and for school field trips (corn maze, hay maze, bazookas, pumpkin patch, hay rides, haunted corn maze, etc.) Though the ground is pretty lumpy, lol and can sometimes be a bit muddy, it is still a total blast!! I have a three year old son and he just absolutely loves it!! We are definitely making another trip back there next year!!! read more

Good place to bring the family. They have a bunch of affordable pumpkins and their corn maze is pretty impressive. They do allow re-entry, unless they're doing a haunted maze, then you have to buy tickets to that. They have a scavenger hunt you could do for a free pumpkin. Overall, very nice people. The wait time for about a 5 min drive thru haunted house was definitely not worth it, especially if you are driving from far. $20 per car is overpriced I would say $10 is reasonable for the 6-7 rooms that you will drive by. My 2 favorite haunted rooms were Michael Meyers & the clowns. read more

Went with a couple of friends last year just before Halloween and it was so much fun! My first time in a corn maze. Then again I'm a kid at heart so I love this kind of stuff. :) We paid $12 each because we wanted to do the haunted maze too. Seemed like a good deal to me. That was awesome, btw, I screamed a billion times. Best part is if you get to all the stops in the maze and show them your punchcard to prove it, you get to take a pumpkin home with you! Before you go, check out pics of each year's maze pattern on the website just to see what they're like. Ours was the Mayan face. At one point, me and my friend were looking at our maps saying, "Ok, we need to go through the tooth to get to the eyeball." I'm better with directions in a maze than I thought I'd be. Just be sure to wear good shoes (uneven ground) and bring Flashlights. read more

Eh the corn maze was alright. I've never been to Del Osso so I really have nothing to compare to. The pumpkin selection was crap though. I had a 3 year old on a mission to find the perfect pumpkin, and they were all to small and way overpriced. There really wasn't a patch so to speak, just random bunches of pumpkins tossed in a corner here and there. There was a bunch of small stuff for the kids to do for free i.e a mini maze, hay hill and some corn boxes (like sandbox) to play in. The terrain is CRAZY in the corn maze, we had a smaller child with a stroller, but had to abandon the stroller and carry the baby through the maze. We gave up, and let the older kids finish. Side-note: The clientele was a little sketchy. I'm guessing because it's cheaper than Del Osso, the ghetto crowd comes to play here. Some random old dude thought it would be funny to toss a handful of corn kernels in the air, fucker when the wind is blowing so does the corn!!! IDIOT! read more

I have been to many pumpkin patches. My girlfriends and I decided to try this one out. We drove from Turlock with 8 kids and 3 adults. We got all the kids wristbands to the attractions, one thing that shocked us was that we as adults had to also pay 8.00 per person just to get in and watch our kids. We aren't going on the attractions, we are just wanting to stand and watch our kids. So we found the owner of this business and nicely asked her why she is charging parents 8.00 per person just to watch our kids play and she said because it's expansive to open up a pumpkin patch and she needs to money to cover. Okay I get it as far as you're trying to make needs meet. But if you can't afford then don't do it. You're robbing us of $8.00. You aren't giving us anything for it. I've never paid to enter a pumpkin patch and watch my kids. Totally ridiculous and we will not be coming back. Even my girlfriend that is from the Bay Area said no pumpkin patch has charged her to ever go inside and not use anything just to watch kids. read more

Great for the kids. Grandson loved the corn pit and the slide. The corn maze was fun and if you got your map punched at all the markers you get a free pumpkin. The price of their pumpkins were reasonable. They need to sell their t-shirts in youth/kids sizes. Now the draw backs are that there is very limited food. Water, soda, chips, candy and popcorn. They need to get some food trucks or food vendors. There was only one vendor that was selling jewelry. They need more retail vendors. All in all it was fun. read more
