We argued that we should have been advised, they refused to comply.The part was was a small dryer on/off switch, no larger than a coffee pod.....We argued with the owner, they said well then we can take out the part, How stupid was that??????? We paid the bill totaling over $300. Had we been advised of the part price we would have declined and purchased a new dryer, as this was an old dryer, about 13 years old, I do not suggest this company to anyone unless you like to pay for things you are not aware of, the owner did nothing to appease us, Very Poor Business,,,,,,,,This is Not how you establish a customer base, This is how you LOSE Customers.........

However, when you factor into your purchase the service, after sale LOCAL support (no 800 Menu nonsense) advice, and substantial rebates, buying from Atlantic Appliance is one of the easiest decisions you will make regarding major appliances. Our experience (briefly): Our salesman Carl directed us to the best deal available on a high quality GE Profile Dishwasher. He arranged for reasonable and reliable installation through a local plumber and took care of every detail. An issue arose on the day of delivery: The dishwasher model we ordered was discovered to be dented at the warehouse. We had both taken off from our volunteer duties at NHRMC in expectation of an 8AM installation. We were upset. What to do? Mark, the manager of Atlantic Appliance, did not hesitate to upgrade the model we paid for to the next level (a professional model) and still arranged for installation on the same day! Think you could get that from a big box store? Not a chance. By the way, when you call for service on a big box store purchase, who do you think they send? That's right - Atlantic Appliance!
