We were told it would take 5 weeks to get the items manufactured to the specifications of their measurements. Once items were received they would be installed within a week. We gave deposit and signed contact in November, project was not completed until April! Nora, the GC was unprofessional and couldn't even take proper measurements! SHE contracted out the work for installation. It was her job to make sure that HER crews knew the specifications laid out in the contract! Well, when they didn't properly install the shower panels we were told that HER crews would have to pay for the mistake NOT her! The vanity countertop was measured incorrectly and had to be removed and recut to fit, again these were Nora's measurements! We had rectangle sinks and the sink openings were cut oval, they were going to leave it that way! Absolutely not! They then had to recut the holes and it was a horrible job! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was a nightmare from start to finish! I wouldn't allow them back in my house for the punch list, I was afraid they would make things worse!! Plus, every time they left there was a huge mess to clean up! They never cleaned up after themselves!

Not only did Re-Bath come out and fix the problem (with a brand new part), he fixed some other small things at absolutely NO CHARGE! We paid nothing. My shower felt brand new AND the technician was awesome! So nice. He explained the problem and fixed everything quickly. He even played with our dogs for a few minutes on the way out!

We purchased a historic condo in downtown Wilmington, and since we are not from the area, had no idea where to turn for renovation help. We researched several remodeling companies and got 3 estimates. I found Improvement 2050 via Home Advisor and could not be happier. I was hesitant though, because there were no reviews of the company. Turns out they recently relocated to Wilmington from Miami, where their team worked for a general contractor, so while they have tons of experience, they have few actual reviews. We chose Improvement 2050 because of their very detailed quote and the fact that they were so much less expensive than the other firms. Plus, they were extremely responsive, and I ask a lot of questions! My husband and I thought it was too good to be true. Working with them was a dream. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a high maintenance customer. I expect a lot! I managed the entire project remotely and they were exceptional at keeping me in the loop, sending me videos and pictures of their work on a daily basis. I dealt primarily with Joseth Garcia. I will vouch for the fact that he and his team are respectful, prompt, neat, and skilled. They exceeded my expectations (which is a hard thing to do). I could go on and on, but bottom line, our project was delivered on time, on budget, and looks amazing. They really bent over backwards to do whatever they could to make me happy, including solving some pretty significant issues along the way. We will be hiring Improvement 2050 again to complete any work that comes up in Wilmington. If you are considering them, I highly recommend you give them a chance. You will be glad you did. I would also like to compliment Prosein for their speed and excellence in supplying cabinetry and quartz for the kitchen remodel. They were professional and easy to work with as well.
