Out of the gate they didn't have booties to cover their shoes, so the carpet is stained. Then they needed to move a console table to make room to move a piece of furniture; despite knowing there's a toddler in the home, they simply pulled it away from the wall, not even checking if it was anchored to the wall! Not only did they damage the wall, they destroyed the console and said they'd give me .60 cents per pound, forget the fact that it's 100 years old and weighs 10 pounds, so I received a $25 credit.
