We had a team of four young guys who were all respectful of us and our property. They took great care in packing up the truck with all of our boxes and furniture and they were quick, efficient, and careful. I would recommend Pepe's Hauling and Moving to anyone needing movers or someone to haul away junk. The owner of the company, Giuseppe, and all three of the guys with him for our move (Dawson, Blake, and Kenan) did a great job and we were very pleased with the service, and the way the job was quoted was straightforward and didn't include any hidden fees.

I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

I even spoke with the owner several times and he would say he has to go back and look at the camera they have on the truck and assured me if it wasn't my fault he would make it right. When my annual contract was up and they wanted me to renew and pay more money I brought up all the missed pickups(multiple times) and got no response. Several times they even spilled my trash and others in the road and didn't even bother to pick it up. I remember one of the days they spilled trash and it was windy it took me almost 30 minutes to pickup all the trash from the street, my neighbors and my yards. Now unfortunately they are sending out expensive promotional junk mail full of lies.
