Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. We paid $220 to Cody to have our dishwasher repaired because it was not draining, and after two service visits, the dishwasher still has the exact same problem.
During the first visit, the spray arm assembly was replaced even though that was not the issue we originally called about. The drain line was also cleaned. When the dishwasher continued to not drain properly, he came back a second time and told us the drain hose was positioned incorrectly and adjusted it.
The dishwasher appeared to drain while he was testing it, but once we actually ran a normal load of dishes, we were right back to standing water in the bottom of the machine. I gave Cody another chance to fix it and he has completely ghosted us. The photo attached was after the 2nd time he "fixed" it.
I understand that appliance repairs sometimes require troubleshooting, but after paying $220 and giving Cody 3 opportunities to address the original issue, I expected either a working dishwasher or a clear diagnosis of what was actually wrong. Instead, we are out $220 and still have a dishwasher that does not drain.
