All Comfort sent one guy - Tye - to do the installation. They sent the right guy. Tye was a force to be reckoned with. He showed up exactly on time, but alone. This installation requires two men, normally. Normally it's a four hour job for the aforementioned two men. Tye did the installation, alone, in five hours. He worked steadily, quietly, without a break. The man removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, operationally checked the new installation, and left no mess, at all. The master electrician came in after Tye had left to double check the electrical connections, and indicated Tye had done a masterful job. If you live in downeast Carolina, I highly recommend All Comfort NC, and if you're lucky enough to have Tye show up as your installer, you're in the best hands.

When they showed up, they said we didn't need them cleaned because the home is only 3 years old, and they recommend it every 7. So, they did a biocide treatment ($20 per unit) to kill any mold and called it a day. This saved us literally hundreds of dollars! They also diagnosed a blockage issue and repaired it at no additional cost other than the $65 service call. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a approx 30 year old system set at the front of our home with a long run of duct which made for cold/hot air coming out for the first few minute's depending on the season. The one that leaked the day after they left. This is a low quality "home owner" style installation. Everywhere else in the house, drains are glued together with high quality drain line.
