After installing them, he ran a short rinse cycle again, and said it was fixed. By this time it was a joke--it was still rattling the exact same way and was leaking exactly the same again. It took a while to get him to come back because by now he kept saying he was sick. This time it was "oh--the drum has a hole in it and you need a new washer." What he should have done was conduct a THOROUGH analysis the FIRST time. For all of our trouble, he offered to refund most of the service fee, saying he "hates to lose money on a job." Well, WE are the ones who lost lots of money, not him. But, he never provided the check he promised. We tried a couple of times to get him to leave it, but he didn't do it. No integrity, and not enough skills and expertise to properly diagnose a problem. We've been without a washer for weeks, lost almost $400 and also have to pay $800+ for one that fits into the existing space.

The on/off pedal just broke on mine but I will NEVER take it back to these folks!!!
