All Comfort sent one guy - Tye - to do the installation. They sent the right guy. Tye was a force to be reckoned with. He showed up exactly on time, but alone. This installation requires two men, normally. Normally it's a four hour job for the aforementioned two men. Tye did the installation, alone, in five hours. He worked steadily, quietly, without a break. The man removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, operationally checked the new installation, and left no mess, at all. The master electrician came in after Tye had left to double check the electrical connections, and indicated Tye had done a masterful job. If you live in downeast Carolina, I highly recommend All Comfort NC, and if you're lucky enough to have Tye show up as your installer, you're in the best hands.

I was charged $500 (a lot more than the cost of the microwave!) for this and a maintenances clanging of my system. I had already agreed to the installation, so I paid. I think it was excessive. I also needed to create a cover for it.

When you receive an appointment time, you will have the owner show up promptly on time and get straight to your issue and fully answer any of your questions/concerns so you understand what is being done and why. Of the 5 prior contractors we received estimates from, Jeremy was by far the most thorough, knowledgeable and did not offer us a car salesman approach. We had a approx 30 year old system set at the front of our home with a long run of duct which made for cold/hot air coming out for the first few minute's depending on the season. Jeremy eliminated this issue by moving the new unit the a new location cutting out a large portion of this duct making the new system move air more efficiently for our home. This move required electrical to be moved as well from the from of house to the back. Everything was taken care of without a blink or disruption. Our home (Topsail Greens) is not the easiest home to 1) work on 2) make cozy, warm in all rooms- however this was all taken care of as well as each concern I had. Ocean Breeze is a quality asset to our community, Jeremy holds himself and the quality of his work to a high standard and cares for his customers and his community. I would refer him to anyone for all HVAC, electrical and more. Great service, fair pricing, trustworthy, exceptional skills.A+ Sent from my iPhone Colleen Kraus

They replaced the broken part but the toilet was not flushing as well as it had before. They came out but said that the toilet was old and was not delivering enof water to the bowl because the discharge holes had calcified and the toilet needed to be replaced. My usual plumber had recovered from an injury and he came out and said the tank was fully emptying into the bowl, but the water was not circulating fast enof to fully flush solids, that there was an obstruction in the drain. He used a tool to clear the blockage in the drain, and the toilet is now back to a normal flush. Since i have a bidet and do not use toilet paper the plumber said the blockage was due to a small object having been flushed down the toilet. I am the only one that uses this toilet i suspect that the DMP plumber was the one who dropped the small item into my toilet, assuming that it was not intentional, i would have expected any plumber to have followed the steps of my usual plumber to diagnose the issue before recommending that i replace the toilet.

This company was professional and helpful from the moment I called to the moment they left our home. I wanted our vents cleaned because I was having allergy issues. When they showed up, they said we didn't need them cleaned because the home is only 3 years old, and they recommend it every 7. So, they did a biocide treatment ($20 per unit) to kill any mold and called it a day. This saved us literally hundreds of dollars! They also diagnosed a blockage issue and repaired it at no additional cost other than the $65 service call. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
