The one that leaked the day after they left. This is a low quality "home owner" style installation. Everywhere else in the house, drains are glued together with high quality drain line. I asked the plumber if we could use use the glue together style, and he said no. Not sure why not. I wish he had some more pride of craftsmanship.

Last week, our water heater burst in our attached, exterior storage closet, full of our personal…read morebelongings in totes (thank goodness), while I was working from home. Since I live in a condominium, my neighbor downstairs came upstairs and advised she had a leak coming through her ceiling. Immediately, I searched and searched and realized that the pressure tank on top of the water heater finally gave way, releasing over 40 -50 gallons of pressurized water everywhere. I was able to get a hold of a friend who had used Buddy Mintz plumbing before and swore by him, his crew and results. Once I shut down the water supply line and killed the breaker to the water heater, I made the call. Within an hour, Buddy Mintz came out, assessed the situation and replaced the pressurized tank within no time and with no issues. He did advise that the water heater, itself, was at the end of it's life and he strongly recommended a new one. I agreed and the very next day, a new water heater was installed with no issues, hiccups and up to standards. Buddy, himself, has a great attitude on life, is extremely professional, kind and courteous. This service had a personal touch to it and felt like he and his crew members, who assisted, were perfect for this job. They do not offer any type of water extraction methods but they will take care of your plumbing needs quick and with great results. Justyn and Hunter were the two young men that came out and they were extremely nice and friendly. Clean cut and spoke very well. Cleaned up after themselves and even started to put my cleaning supplies that I have under the sink back in their spots. Washed their hands afterwards and wiped the sink. I was shocked at how much pride they had in their jobs. My sink is now perfect again and I will use DiMone again in the future.
