When my brother, who is a licensed contractor, called the company to speak with them, he asked a male on the phone if this was a common practice. The male literally told my brother to " stop your Yapping and F- Off! Wow, how unprofessional is this ?? Do not call these scam artist at all costs! This angers me greatly!

They specifically told me that they knew how to change the charcoal filtering material in my Lancaster because they had experience regularly changing filtering material with a similar Brita system manufactured by the same Lancaster company. Instead Franklin saturated all plumbing in the house with 50 pounds of charcoal residue that required years to filter out. They ruined the Lancaster (now replaced with a North Star. I have used Dimone Parlier ever since.) I have no other affiliation with Dimone except as a customer.

Replaced faucet, valve and trim assembly on an older bathtub/shower that will be replaced…read moreeventually. Even though the bathtub/shower were being replaced the work done by this company was totally incomplete. Valve was not centered on hole for trim which the trim was too small and would have leaked. A shim should have been installed so the valve was centered. I have allot of respect for plumbers as they are usually the masters of it all from construction to fabrication. I guess that was the old days and not this company what so ever. Beware and go elsewhere if you want the work done well. See pictures.
