Another called me back, but said they could not give me an appointment, but would call me at the end of next week and let me know. I left a message at Jewell Plumbing at 3:00 PM and got a call back at 4:00 PM. Adrian listened to my problem, gave me a definite appointment for 4 days later but promised to work me in if any time opened up. He called the next day at 4:30 PM and asked if he could come over. He cut a whole in the ceiling, found the leak, and fixed it in less than an hour. The next day he talked to me on the phone to help me make a plan on moving forward for a more permanent solution. I like the way this company does business.
