I had bad experiences with water delivery relying on costco, which is why I switched over. I found it easier to just pick it up myself rather than schedule anything. Whenever culligan is open and I'm out, I just call 5 minutes before I show up essentially and get my water. I recommend doing it that way because you get exactly what you want when you want it.

The startup special from Culligan looked perfect. Once it was delivered, it was not what he had wanted. I called them less than 24 hours after delivery to explain this and that I wanted to return it. This was fine for them to do, but I was harassed by the customer service representative on exactly why it didn't work. First off, this is no ones business, second, it just was not what he wanted. It felt very personal, and I was very offended.

I refused to pay the bill and we settled on a reduced amount, with the owner. The service tech was awful. He was rude and unapologetic. Also, ever since then, my vac makes a loud wining sound. The on/off pedal just broke on mine but I will NEVER take it back to these folks!!!

The biggest issue is, I have told them repeatedly and even have it written in a couple of different spots in our account that our office does not open until 9 AM so do not deliver before then. Once again, this month they left the water outside our back door and did not pick up the 13 empty bottles inside our office. I have reached out to the call center who says someone from the local branch will be in touch but that has not happened yet. It is so frustrating that this continually happens despite being addressed after every delivery. After reading everyone's reviews, I may need to jump on their train and find another water delivery service.

Monday came no delivery but got an email saying delivery delayed until Tuesday. Tuesday came and no delivery but another email saying delivery delayed until Wednesday. Friday we finally got delivery. The exact thing happened this month and hopefully delivery is tomorrow (Friday). Last month they failed to pick up half the empty bottles that were left out. You cannot talk to anyone locally as all calls are routed to a call center. From the heavy, hard to understand accents of the call center people it sounds like the Philippines. Call center people tell you they don't have a supervisor that I can talk to and they can't transfer me to a local number. Last chance is tomorrow... then I'm done!
