I waited for about 5 minutes and then was good to go. The portions are MASSIVE. When I was handed the bag I was surprised by how heavy it was! The orange chicken (I got a large) came with a side container of white rice and side container of broccoli. It was honestly sort of a workout to lug it to my friend's. Eating it about 30 minutes later, it was still delicious. The orange chicken had the real orange flavor and the lo mein was cooked well too! I'd order both again. All in all this might be my new go-to spot for Chinese American takeout.

At this point I think she was kinda embarrassed/surprised that I asked and replied quickly that it wasn't out long and it's the same as the other chilled ones, though said ok to swapping it out with one from the fridge. The broth was flavorful and the broth bubbles are very visible for the high level of cholesterol and fat content. The chicken was sufficient and soft. The vegetables were sufficient. The Asian mung bean sprouts are sufficient and fresh. The seaweed was embedded and chopped in small pieces, but I prefer it to be one large whole piece. It was served piping hot with steam visible emitting leading me to continue breaking a sweat from summer's plaguing high humidity. Price is reasonable. It was founded as recently as 2018. You can say it has had an explosive expansion! The deors and ambiance are elegant and pleasing, and the strong AC was a very welcome touch on a hot summer day. Their signature dish, the Fish Maw Soup Rice Noodles, was allegedly perfected by founder Mr. Ji after extensive travel and research to hone the broth. Packed with various mushrooms, herbs, and collagen-rich fish maw, the dish really emphasizes health benefits. However, like many healthy foods, I found it a bit bland, even if the flavor profile was complex. Texture-wise, everything felt smooth and slippery (except for the fried tofu and Napa cabbage), even the rice noodles had a texture closer to glass noodles if you closed your eyes. Presentation, though, was fantastic, arriving at the table piping hot on a wooden pedestal. We also tried the Sauerkraut Fish Noodle Soup, which felt much more familiar and ended up being my personal favorite. One of us opted for the set meal (a $5 add-on for a side and a drink). For our drink, the Lychee Ice was refreshing and came loaded with lychee fruit and jelly at the bottom.
