Had lunch today. Banh Mi nachos were excellent and enough for two if you're not too hungry.

Amazing! Vegan nachos, vegan cheesesteak, and vegan pho. All home runs! Couldn't recommend this more. Great atmosphere and solid service read more

Where do we even begin with this place. We looked forward to some Pho all day and the second we stepped into 98 Center the voice of an angel greeted us. For the next hour Cozy took the most amazing care of us, and if he was a special we would of only ordered him -- cause what a tall drink of yum! Seriously though the food, drinks atmosphere and service was spectacular. Some of the best Pho we've ever had. Thanks again Cozy, you made our day. Girls trip! read more

Wonderful food and great staff! My husband had the beef pho, and I had a bánh mì sandwich. For dessert, they offered a cheesecake with pumpkin seed/date crust. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely return the next time we're in Moab. read more

Surprisingly decent Vietnamese food in the middle of a tourist trap in the desert. Don't get me wrong-- some significant flaws, including noodles that were a touch too close to tasting like copier paper instead of actual noodles-- but the broth was decent enough. The pork belly appetizer was prettier than it tasted, but still surprisingly good for Moab. Very, very tempted to rate this 4 stars, which I suppose it could be given the nature of its location. read more

The vegan Cheese Steak is incredible. I had to hurry up and post this review before I forgot. The sad part is I'm only in this town for vacation. So after next week I'll never be able to try it again read more

I ordered take out-- I got to the restaurant and I was told someone had mistakenly taken my order. NOT A BIG DEAL... waited about 5 minutes before the other customer brought my order back and left with hers and I left with mine. Easy peezy, I had the beef Philly cheesesteak and my fiancé had the buttered (lightly) noodles with tofu. My Philly bread was a bit soggy but I blame it on eating take out and not in the store. Order was prepared on time, staff very friendly, restaurant looked not empty and not busy. Parking is easy to fine. Overall Experience was great. read more

Soooo good! The Pho is one of the best I've ever had, but you can't go wrong with anything you order. Plus, the staff is awesome! One of my favorites! read more

All the food is delicious and made from scratch. Wonderful gfree options and the best margaritas!

Very nice little restaurant! I had the beef Pho' it was excellent! Service was very fast and pleasant. The place was packed as it was still lunch time. I just moved here and definitely will go back. read more

Very limited menu. They are trying hard to be hip. It didn't work. The staff is doing you a favor by waiting on you. Food was below average.

We had a perfect dinner! The drinks were outstanding and the food was spot on. We had the Bahn Mi salad with Wagyu beef strips and the Pho with beef! Everything tasted fantastic! I loved the pumpkin seeds and cranberries as well as the watermelon radish. It's a must try! read more

A friend and I were visiting Moab in August. We were looking for a restaurant with great food, solid drinks, and a chill vibe. 98 Center checked all our boxes. We had such a great meal the first night that we went back the following evening. We tried a variety of dishes on the menu, and everything was fantastic (I highly, highly recommend the pork belly plate, pickled deviled eggs, and the banh mi - the banh mi was truly extraordinary). While we were there 98 Center had a special series of cocktails, a portion of the proceeds of which went to support progressive causes in Moab. The drinks were great, and we were thrilled to support local activists. The staff were also incredible. We had a great time both nights and learned quite a lot about the restaurant, about the culture of Moab, and about Utah. I've lived in Chicago, D.C., and the Boston area, and have spent a lot of time in New York City and the Bay. I'd put my meals at 98 Center up there with the best meals I've had in major cities across the country. I'd give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could. read more

This is the one joint in Moab I am sure to visit while in town! The food is incredibly fresh and just what is needed after a long day in the desert! Enjoyed the pho as well as the salad! read more

Terrible service and inept management. Doesn't matter how good the food looks. We were so excited to try it but nevermind! Heads up: if you walk in and see the restaurant is packed, a lot of people waiting for their food and you're hungry, turn around and find another place to dine at. Their staff couldn't handle it. We walked out after an hour of no food, and the guy next to us left without even placing his order. Long story short, they clearly missed our order but the way they handled it pissed us off. We had restaurants miss our orders before but we still walked out happy. We eat out a lot and I can't recall the last time I gave a one-star review as I know how it can impact a business. But we honestly don't think this restaurant deserve any business from us. We were seated and placed our order. We patiently waited for MORE THAN AN HOUR for food, from 6:15 to 7:17pm on a Wednesday night. No one ever wondered why we were sitting there for so long without food. Even a girl came to refill our water bottle, but it didn't occur to her that our table was empty. Finally, after waiting patiently for one hour, we asked about the status of our order. She asked whom we ordered with. It doesn't matter at this point! If we've waited for an hour and no food was served, our order probably got missed. The funny thing was, she didn't even apologize at all, not even feeling sorry, nothing. Instead she said "Did you guys place your order?" What kind of retarded question is that? Did you freaking take our order? Finally we had enough and decided to go somewhere else to eat because we're hungry and didn't know how long more we needed to wait. My husband was nice enough to walk up to let them know we're leaving. The staff said "Can I get you anything else?" Hahaha funny! You want us to order another appetizer and wait for another hour? Poor management and the staff didn't know what to do or say to make things right. What they should've done was to apologize, to acknowledge their mistake and possibly to offer a comp, at least a discount would be nice, in order to keep us waiting for a little bit more. Instead they didn't do anything to rectify it so we left. We were naive enough to wait for one hour, the guy next to us left after 15 minutes of no attention from any server. This might be a cool spot, but until the management does something about their serving skills, it doesn't deserve any business at all. read more

the vegan cheesesteak is unreal good. Actually filled me up. I can see me getting another before I go back. Nice staff very friendly. They are handling covid well and have only takeout options. I also had the popcorn tasted good but too many seeds to eat. I wonder if I got a bad batch. Check it out as they have vegan and non vegan options. read more

Silly good... even the 9 year old says "this is my new go to in Moab I give it 1000 out of 5 stars." 2 words: Philly cheesesteak. 2 more words: vegan cheesecake (ok I could have added gluten free but that would have been more than 2 words and I was going for effect). My husband and I both said this was the best cheesesteak we've ever had. No exaggeration. The bahn mi sandwich was delicious as well as the side salad (get the Thai dressing). Plenty of dietary options... gluten free, vegan cheese, even vegan Mayo house made. Silly good. Oh and craft cocktails. And pho... ohhh the pho... silly good. read more

Not your traditional Thai food place, but it's a surprisingly great find in such a small place like Moab. We loaded up on unexpected delights like the Thai nachos and the Thai kettle corn, but thoroughly enjoyed the Banh Mi tofu sandwich as well as the Thai steak noodle salad. And the wait staff was very friendly and exuded a genuine pleasure in our being there for dinner. Highly recommend it. read more

Stopped in last night 10.31 for dinner. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. Place almost full but I got a small table immediately. Syd was my server and she introduced herself and and was very nice. She answered a few questions for me and I placed an order. My food came out maybe 10-15 minutes later and everything was accurate and looked awesome. Side salad with the ginger dressing was awesome. Very fresh and the dressing was perfect. Banh mi with pork was excellent! Really really good. And I tried a cup of pho since I had to walk about a mile back to the hotel and it was a bit cold out. Pho was really tasty as well. Syd and the whole staff did an excellent job. Food was excellent and delivered in a timely manner. I will be back whenever I have another overnight in Moab. Thanks! read more

Moab's hidden gem! Happy, calm, relaxing vibes. Great atmosphere and excellent service! The food was amazing! I'm a big Bahn Mi lover but have never had a Bahn Mi salad before, and fell in love! We got the Steak and Chicken Bahn Mi salads and both were honestly delightful. Another thing I love about this place is that they use fresh, local ingredients, and you leave feeling light and satisfied, rather than heavy and bloated! read more

I can sum up my review with one line: Gluten free vegetarian bahn mi... and it was a-maz-ing. I really wasn't expecting to find Vietnamese food in Moab but I'm so happy that I did. They have salads, pho (which looked great) and of course bahn mi which was awesome. All gluten free options and all vegetarian. Well priced restaurant as well, much better than the tourist traps planted around the corner. Do yourself a favor and go here for lunch or dinner (or both if you're like me), you won't regret it. read more

I cannot rave enough about this place! we showed up just seven minutes before closing, desperate for a good takeout meal, and 98 Center did not disappoint. They welcomed us even after stating that they had over 400 customers that night and were closing in just a few minutes. Everyone was super friendly in the restaurant. We ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the beef & chicken pho dishes. As someone that has lived in Philly, my expectations for the cheesesteak were that it wouldn't be that good. However, I was shocked at how yummy it was. I would order again and again, it was that good! The pho was also delicious! People have complained it was bland but I couldn't disagree more. The peppers were spicy and the broth had great flavor. Honestly exceptional for takeout as well. The pho broth, noodles and toppings all came in separate containers so we could customize it to be exactly how we wanted. You absolutely MUST try their bevies as well. I'm not generally one to order non alcoholic drinks at a restaurant, but these were TOP NOTCH!! We tried all three on the menu. They're basically elevated non alcoholic cocktails. Refreshing and tasty with no artificial taste. Fresh and yum! Could not recommend this place more! read more

If you are vegan or health conscious, this is the place to be. Their Vietnamese inspired menu is made for both non and meat eaters, and everything tasted fresh, seasoned, and delicious. Their customer service is personable and friendly. They were intentional about spelling my name correctly, but the one time they didn't - she wrote cute emojis next to it (see picture). I ordered the bahn mi vegan sandwich with chips for a hike, and I ordered the vegan bahn mi nachos twice for dinner after hikes/traveling. You can never go wrong with vegan nachos, but these have a bahn mi spin on them. I am knocking off a star because there was not avocado on either one of my nachos, even though they said it would be included. I love , especially if there's no upcharge. read more

We recently came here on vacation while visiting Arches National Park and were so very grateful to find vegan Vietnamese food here because it is located so close to the park. We had the vegan steak and cheese, banh mi, and pho which were all delicious. We love the ordering process where you order at the register then wait at a table. It was simple, yet efficient. We enjoyed everything that we ate. I will say, however, that if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this probably isn't the place but it comes pretty close. It's more like Americanized Vietnamese fare, but still delicious nonetheless! Also, I thought it was a little on the pricey side for what you get, but maybe because it's in a touristy area. Overall, i highly recommend this place. The food is tasty, the place is clean, service is efficient, and plenty of parking around the area. I would definitely come here again if I'm ever back in Moab, Utah! read more

You have to get the Philly cheesesteaks. Soooo good! Don't leave without the side cup of Pho. That cup changed my life!

Asian fusion is definitely what you get here. I needed to get some Pho broth in my system. I love the set up of the restaurant. You ordered up front with option to leave your tab open. Definitely a more hipster set up. The sauce and utensils are on the counter for you to grab. We ordered the pork belly, seared scallop, beef broth and beef pho. I'm amazed that they offer the broth as a separate order. My hubby was very happy and said: this is for sure Asian fusion. The pork belly is tasty and so is the scallop. My beef pho is mediocre but I don't mind it. I'm in Moab, I'm lucky that someone took initiative to open up an Vietnamese fusion restaurant. Kudos to owner!! If you need a fix then come here. We love to seek out pho restaurants anytime we travel to see how pho is made....with authentic flavor. We were very impressed with the varieties of Vietnamese dishes here. We ordered the tofu banh mi, banh mi nachos and 2 beef phos. The presentation of the dishes were very colorful and fresh. The aroma of the beef pho was enticing....yet it lacked the umami. The banh mi nachos were quite good. They are definitely healthy options and fresh ingredients dishes. Service was decent: our waiter didn't bring us drinks or appetizer until we inquire about it. We got our main courses before the appetizer. read more

During the offseason in Moab, not too many restaurants are open, especially later in the evening. Thankfully this spot not only stayed open late, but also served some good food to boot. Came here on two consecutive nights - Monday and Tuesday; both being crowded with some wait time. Put your name down and they'll call or text once the table is free (usually around 15-20 minutes). First time here, shared the Banh Mi Steak Salad ($15): a large bowl of seasonal greens, avocado and steak. Very well made and didn't leave us too full (probably could have used more beef). Next time had the Beef Pho ($13) for myself - a large bowl of warm broth, noodles, and tender beef that was much needed on a cold night. Apart from that, their desserts and drink selection set them apart from the other restaurants in the area. Service here does their best considering the amount of people flooding in. Your best option for dinner in the area if you can snag a seat. read more

Food, service, and ambiance was great. The regional beef pho was delicious but was light on quantity and variety ingredients.

The nurse who stitched me up after a mountain bike accident recommended this place, and we really enjoyed it! The warm citrusy pho was very comforting after a rough day, and the vegetarian pickled deviled eggs were a great starter! Lots of tasty and healthy vegetarian options. Good place to stop if you are looking to get your veggies while you are traveling. The cute little restaurant is tucked away off the main drag. We got take out because we were visiting during COVID, but I also appreciate the nice parklet they set up outside to allow visitors to dine in safely. read more

We showed up to a full restaurant. And got sat in 5 minutes. Our waitress was fantastic going over the menu with us she said she moved to Moab because she ate here once on a road trip and loved it so much she left the east coast and got a job here! Everything about this place is great, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and ALL of the friendly and helpful staff. Amazing fresh flavors and the broth was as clear as something you would get at the French Laundry! Lovely presentations and filling main dishes like the pho and salads. The pork pho has lots more meat in it than the chicken pho, imho. The Banh Mi salads are flipping cray cray amazing. Grab yer pardner, split a salad and a pho, and order the pork belly app. Done and done! Surprisingly, there is no com/rice dishes, but after you enjoy the other items you won't miss it. read more

Came here on a Monday late afternoon to pick up dinner. We ordered the tofu banh mi and the vegan pho to go. The tofu banh mi was good - not phenomenal. It lacked sauce in my opinion. After hoisin sauce though it tasted amazing. I'd recommend keeping hoisin sauce on deck if you're getting the tofu banh mi because it adds some extra flavor that I think it's missing. The vegan pho was probably the best Ive had. Maybe because most vegan pho taste like hot salty water with veggies.
