Excellent quality, friendly personnel, great value for the money. Highly recommended. Longer story: I recently purchased Tesla Model Y Jupiter, which came with several tinted windows. However, the front windows (driver and the passenger) were not tinted, so I researched both DIY packages and several installers. I drove over to 925Tint, looked at their workshop and spoke with the manager, Carlos. He turned out as a very nice person, who patiently answered all my questions, then offered a good price and reserved a slot in their schedule for two day later. Since it was the first time, I had my windows tinted, I asked for permission to watch him working and make several photos (see below). I must say it was a pleasure to see how these guys work on the cars in the shop. You always can recognize a pro by their calm and confident moves, and by using multiple tools for specific operations. During this visit I learned about tinting and PPF more than during the previous 20 years and was happy I did not try to do it myself. I had a terrible experience with 925tint. I got my car windows tinted here about 1.5 years ago. Recently, I noticed some small bubbling and gave them a call to see if this can be fixed under warranty. They said to come visit the shop, and I showed the owner (Henry) the spots where it was bubbling on all 4 windows. He was hesitant and said some of this is normal. I said this is not true because you can notice differences where it is peeling on one side and not the other. He told me to come back to have his tint guy inspect it so I came back. Carlos the tint guy inspected the bubbles and agreed to fix it under warranty and we scheduled a date. After picking my car up from the appointment I walked around and noticed a big scratch on the left rear door panel (pictured). I knew this scratch happened during my service here because my car was just detailed over the weekend and garaged since, and this is something I definitely would have noticed. I called the shop immediately and told them what I found, and they told me to come in right away. I got there and Carlos and the other tint guy inspected it. They admitted fault and said it happened from a rolling chair they use. I asked what could be done, and they said they would speak with the owner and reach out. I call them the next day and spoke with the owner Henry, who said he needed to inspect it himself (despite his staff taking clear videos of the scratch). He then proceeds to say my car is not new (2022) and that scratches are "normal". This is blasphemy. My car may not be a 2025 model fresh off the lot, but it is paint corrected, ceramic coated, and washed every week. Henry implying the scratch isnt a big deal because it's not a new car shows a lot about his frugal business mindset. Keep in mind I did not hear any apology or a sorry from anyone the whole time. I called the shop back on Friday (as discussed with Henry) to bring the car to show him the scratch, and he is not even at the shop. I truly regret taking my car here. I understand mistakes can happen, but this is not a shop that takes responsibility and takes care of their customers when damage is done. I would highly recommend visiting other shops nearby such as Tri-Valley Garage in San Ramon, Double Take Auto Spa in Fremont, or Silicon Valley Garage in San Jose. read more

Very happy with the service I got from 925 Tint for my Tesla model Y. Jessica and Daniel were very helpful in explaining to me the options available and gave me a great deal since I bundled the xpel full front ppf + side doors + ceramic window tint. I checked how ppf's are installed in different shops, some cut it close to the edges and you can see jagged edges and corners which could look ugly. With 925, they tuck the ppf around the edges and corners for a clean install! Got mine done in March over 3 days and had to come back late April to fix some minor bubbles left on the ppf. Brought a car in with 400 miles and one day out of the dealership. First thing I asked was if they were aware matte paint needs a different type of ceramic and he argued with me before googling it. Nervously I left the car with them anyways. Got the car home and found tree sapp under the ceramic. They admitted did not wash the car before ceramic because the car was new and they expected it to be clean. That was also the first time they mentioned the 2-3 week follow up appointment to check their work. They did allow me to bring it back to fix that section however I watched from a distance and the car was simply washed again and no ceramic was done. Come to find out after paying $800 my car came with a ceramic coating from the manufacturer as the paint requires it. This place stole my money and played dumb while they did it. I've never gotten my car tinted before so I spent so long researching where to go. After looking at a couple shops and looking at which tints they use, I decided to come here. They use Llumar tint (which almost no one uses). It's one of the better tints around and is a true black color. Their shop is at the very back of the area and doesn't have a name on the front so it was hard to find, but it said "Ceramic" on the front so I knew it was them. The owners are really nice. They suggested what I go with and it does look really nice. I went to pick up the car after they closed and they weren't done with it yet, but I just watched them do the work and talked to Daniel. He explained to me everything that they do, showed me their materials, and showed me their other products. Before leaving, he made sure I knew what not to do with the tint and told me to call anytime I had questions. If I need to get another car tinted, I would definitely come back here! Even though I live in San Jose, I think it is worth it to come here for the family business vibe and excellent quality work. P.S. TOP: BEFORE BOTTOM: AFTER I wanted to wait a week to write a review to ensure it was legit and past the "bubble period. I am PLEASED with how it came out. I set up an appointment over the phone and the woman on the line was really nice and helpful, suggesting a tint type and percentage. When I got to my appointment, someone came up to help me right away. I still wasn't sure which type or percentage I wanted so the man showed me the different in heat protection each type had. They had a box with a heat lamp inside and each side had a different type of tint, so I could feel the difference the heat was. I decided to go with the Llumar CTX. The difference between that one and the next level up was 15% heat reduction which isn't much difference. I dropped my car off at 830 and it was ready by 1130. I suggest to have someone follow you there and take you back when it's ready for pick up if you live close enough. I didn't, but it's really close to the shipping center so I went there and had coffee and ready book. I never saw one bubble form and it looks PERFECT. I can feel a difference in heat reduction from before. Plus, my car looks sexy now! I highly recommend 925 tint! read more

I had my 20 f350 ceramic coated and opted for the lifetime coat which is recommended to get an inspection or touch up coat once a year. I Read prior reviews and well they looked good so I went to check them out. I Went in and they gave me a great cash price compared to other shops in area also doing ceramic coating with the same product. The guys there definitely paid attention to detail and I was very happy with their work. They told me the process would be 3 days and they kept their end of the deal.
