Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. We have a membership, so pulling up and driving into the car wash is easy. I took one star off because at least half the time we I've visited the power all turns off while we're going through, it's usually not for long and I don't know what triggers it (a customer pulling in/out wrong? a power surge?) but it freaks me out each time it happens. The car wash does a pretty good job, but sometimes there's some stubborn dirt that needs an extra scrub. Be careful of other cars and pedestrians, this is a busy part of the city.

Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me. Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty. At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car. I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it. If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop.
