Best. Service. Ever I was on a mission for a business that was tougher to find than I had once anticipated, and that was for vehicle headlight restoration. This is an issue that can affect many vehicles (including my Honda) and can actually be a safety concern when driving at night or in inclement weather. Over time, when a vehicles' headlights are exposed to UV light, oxidation can gradually occur over the years. This as well as flying debris, bugs, dirt, chemicals, and water vapor can all contribute to deteriorating the headlights as well as the overall value of any vehicle. Not to mention, that hazy/foggy appearance just looks plain ugly. This takes me to "916AutoWorks". I had found this place specifically on Yelp. The business itself focuses primarily on window tinting but they also do paint restoration, interior detail, and engine bay cleaning. I had called at least half a dozen businesses while only being able to talk to two places. The business owner of this place, Alex texted me back after he saw my missed call. We communicated strictly through text, he quoted me a very fair and reasonable price, and I booked my appointment on 3/31/2022 @ 12pm. The location itself is a little bit on the hidden side. Even though the address is on Arden Way, the entrance is actually off of Markston Road (in between Arden Way & Alta Arden Expressway). It is also quite close to "Leatherby's Ice Cream" as you will definitely want to park in the rear parking lot to find the business. After I signed a short form and handed over my keys, they went to work on my car right away. And within 25 short minutes, my car was done! As shown on my before and after photos, you can see just how much oxidation buildup occured over the years. I even had some scratches on one of my headlights that were also quite noticeable that were not nearly as apparent as before. But the clarity is a night and day difference! And since I do quite a bit of driving at night, this will give me much more reassurance and peace of mind when I am behind the wheel. All in all, "916AutoWorks" was a five-star experience in my book. UPDATE 4/14: Initial tint dried and there are minor bubbles that don't concern me as much as my tint on my new RAV4. I returned with this car 2x. When I called for this car they told me $50/window and upon arrival the price increased to $65/window. I corrected the nice lovely woman and they agreed. I was told to wait 5 days for it to dry and she told me to not worry about the bubbles. Well, they didn't go away so I returned today for them to re-do. Side note- communication for another appointment with front desk lady is very easy and she even texts so I enjoyed my experience very much with her. My driver window has even more bubbles that now display on the outside. I was again told to wait 5 days which I will do and update this review. I doubt it will go away, but will return with an honest review and pictures. 4/19 UPDATE: The replaced window tint bubbles have mostly faded yet is still visible close-up. As you can see owner has responded. In response to whether there was anything on window when I first came, there was not and the team informed me standard procedure is to wipe windows prior to tint film being applied therefore there should not have been bubbling for any reason the first time. In addition, yes, the small windows were free no charge because I returned to fix their original job. However, there are bubbles once again (see picture). I will be taking my business elsewhere to strip and replace. I do not recommend business here due to inconvenience, waste of money, and lack of quality in window tinting services. I do think the lady in front was best part of my experience because of her great communication and professionalism, but that is it. My review is final and I will not remove. read more

Never coming back here again!! Had a car done a year ago and was pleased with the outcome so I figured I'd bring 2 more vehicles. Scheduled appointments got there on time only to be told he didn't have time to do extra work by removing the old tint. So went home and removed myself and went back the next day. Got there and was told he couldn't do the 2 small back windows because it would be more work for him to remove the trim first! Mind you he seen the vehicle the previous day and could have said something then. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service. This place was pretty legit. Got all my windows done on my Infinity for $170. Clean application with no bubbles and 1 year warranty. It was done in about 3 hours like he said. I spoke with many other businesses and all of them wanted to charge minimum $280. I called on a Saturday morning about 9 and he got me in at 11 done by 2.
