I was irritated by their policies and communication. I'm really not looking for arrogance from my service provider. I am the customer... And I don't like to start off being lectured before the project has begun Frankly, I'm looking for a nice, simple, clean transaction, at a fair price. A transaction where both parties do what they're supposed to do - without an onerous deposit or lecture from the business owner in advance. Recently I picked up a used Tesla for guests starting g with us. Just seems simpler to have a car for them to use, rather than calling Hertz. Normally, I would do a window tinting application closer to home in case there are problems... But I remembered the exceptional experience I had four years ago with our Mercedes Airstream van with the folks at High Quality Window Tinting. The install guys were great... And when the final product was completed... I began to second-guess my choice of this lighter tint. The owner, Tru, encourage the guys to swap out to any window tint I wanted... At no extra cost. That's just remarkable service. Above and beyond what any reasonable customer could ever expect. After some thought, I decided to keep the lighter tint. They said they could take my car in about an hour. I got there and picked out a tint shade and they went right to work. It's super convenient that they not only have samples in the showroom, but also on smart cars in the parking lot so you can see the tint on an actual vehicle. It took about 90 minutes to tint three windows, which seems very reasonable. Their tint and their labor has a warranty, but in 30+ years of doing business with them, I've never needed it.
