From day one, the staff made me feel like more than just another appointment on the calendar. They're not just friendly, they're actually happy to see me when I arrive. Every therapist I worked with was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how clearly they explained my treatment plan. The plan they created for me was a very solid roadmap to recovery, which included exercises that were challenging for my physique, but I noticed very doable as time went on. This showed me that they were able to correctly measure my ability to improve. They genuinely cared about my progress and celebrated every small win with me, which made a difference in staying motivated. I cannot say enough good things about Agape. Oh, did I mention how immaculately clean this place? The restrooms are always so clean. The equipment is spotless. The floors are clean. It's modern and it doesn't look like it's been there since 1972. So many physical therapy places are just filthy and disgusting. Not this one. Oh and if you're in the mood for an ice cream cone after you do your PT there's a Baskin-Robbins right next-door just saying.

This place provides the best treatment, they're very tentative to patients. They've provided the most effective and compassionate care/ treatment for patients. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly. The place is so clean it looks brand new. The equipment is state of the art. The medical team is also working non stop to provide comfort and care. Giving patients the care they need is their main priority and only priority; it's so nice knowing when I walk through the doors I'll be assured with nothing but the absolute best care and therapy possible. They scheduled me twice, but when I arrived, they refused to see me, claiming they had never received the required authorization. The lack of communication and organization was unbelievable. Instead of working to resolve the issue, they passed me from one person to another without providing any real help. As a patient, I expected better coordination, professionalism, and respect for my time. No one should have to deal with this level of confusion while trying to receive medical care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office, and I hope they improve their communication, scheduling, and overall patient care. Orie
