Once again, John's to the rescue!!! I am SO grateful to…read moreJohn's!!! I was out of town and my daughter called me to inform me that not only did my car need a an oil change, headlight replaced, and a tire plugged, but that when she got back into the car to drive it to John's, it would not start!!! John's spoke with my daughter, reassured her that they would take care of everything and they did so quickly and efficiently, as always, with the utmost of professionalism, and without overcharging me. Other places would have taken advantage of the situation and the fact that I was not home to bring my car in myself, but not John's. As always, their prices were incredibly reasonable!!! We are SO lucky to have John's in our neighborhood!!! They are always here for us as well as for the many clients that I have met there over the years who come from Long Beach and even as far as Queens to service thier cars at John's. Best customer care, professionalism, and prices!!! Marci K.

Yes, it is hot, 100 degrees outside, however when I brought the car in the sticker was connected to the windshield and the sticker is the same from the DMV, nothing to do with my particular car. Am I wrong in expecting at LEAST for them to take some tape and tape it back on the windshield, or AT LEAST let the customer know sorry when taking off the inspection sticker by mistake the registration sticker was scraped and due to the heat came off. (besides pieces of the old inspection sticker were left on the dashboard, not very professional) Where is the service for me to get to my car and just see the sticker off?? don't know if it's off the windshield, they can ticket you for that. NOT very business-like at all!! Few years ago, brought a different car in for whatever reason and after few days of them telling me they are looking at it, go on the lot and see my back window opened while it was raining, ask them why the window is opened while it's raining?? oh, it's broken, WHAT?? it was working fine and closed when I brought it in!!! I had to pull the window up and tape it to stay closed.

I don't know who the new owner of this place is, but I will never ever even attempt to come back to…read morethis place again. Before when it was owned by John Walson it was overpriced and he was swindling people, but he would actually do what you needed. He would order for you what you needed and he had the capability to do so and fix multiple issues. I spoke to this new gentleman twice once on Wednesday and once this friday morning, not sure his name but he had a medium length beard. He was a nice guy, but he did not want to help me at all. I had him read my codes on Wednesday because I'm trying to get an inspection. Check engine light was on at the time and he turned it off, but he's telling me I need to drive it like 40 something miles whatever I never came back because I went to another place and I just had them run the inspection for me just to see why it was failing because this guy didn't even wanna do that at the original location of John Walsons. John Walsons did not even want to attempt to try to help me or look at my car. They try to tell me it was some kind of electrical problem when it really wasn't. I went to another place NJB auto with this guy Bruce that I always go to because I know that he's reliable, but he's just not open for the hours that I need typically. I was there maybe 15 minutes, my inspection pass I don't know what the hell is going on with this John Walson place, but I would steer clear. It's a shame because I live right across the street but I will never ever even try to come back to this place: garbage.

I called Mercedes to see if they do body work and they recommended me to a collision place "they use". After reading their reviews, I knew I was NOT going there. I did a search and found a Touch of Class Collision. I called, and the staff was friendly attentive and caring. The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean. The body is shiny and brand new looking and they also left a tube of paint just in case:). I highly recommend A Touch of Class Collision. Gabe is super and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my "girl" my car:). Juliana M
