Before when it was owned by John Walson it was overpriced and he was swindling people, but he would actually do what you needed. He would order for you what you needed and he had the capability to do so and fix multiple issues. I spoke to this new gentleman twice once on Wednesday and once this friday morning, not sure his name but he had a medium length beard. He was a nice guy, but he did not want to help me at all. I had him read my codes on Wednesday because I'm trying to get an inspection. Check engine light was on at the time and he turned it off, but he's telling me I need to drive it like 40 something miles whatever I never came back because I went to another place and I just had them run the inspection for me just to see why it was failing because this guy didn't even wanna do that at the original location of John Walsons. John Walsons did not even want to attempt to try to help me or look at my car. They try to tell me it was some kind of electrical problem when it really wasn't. I went to another place NJB auto with this guy Bruce that I always go to because I know that he's reliable, but he's just not open for the hours that I need typically. I was there maybe 15 minutes, my inspection pass I don't know what the hell is going on with this John Walson place, but I would steer clear. It's a shame because I live right across the street but I will never ever even try to come back to this place: garbage.

The young man who drove me to the rental place was so friendly and professional as well. Yesterday, 4 February, I finally picked up my car. It took a while but that was because the other insurance company took their time to get adjusters etc. When I got there, Gabe came out to greet me, they pulled my Alpine white, 300C up and I was floored. It looked like a brand new car, like it had come out of the showroom. Gabe explained the work they did and that the impact was much more that it showed superficially. The inside was spotless, the trunk, glove compartment everything was just spotless and so clean. This morning my dad went to charge the battery and he said even the engine is spotless and so clean.
