The waiting area is decent enough and works well for a local independent mechanic, definitely not here to expect dealer service center amenities. It was a quiet morning and they got to work on my car pretty straight away. I got my car back in less than an hour with the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic and owner was quite friendly and very courteous definitely seem like a great local business. Location wise there's not much around as its mostly an industrial area so if you need major works done definitely plan on transportation. Overall very happy with the service and definitely would be back for my future auto needs.

Sent 2015 Corvette to Gibraltar Collision for front end repair which occurred on 3/27/24…read more Car returned to me in Summer 2025. Gibraltar received $20044 on 4/8/24 based on their original estimate. They received additional supplements totaling $56569 from two different insurers in addition to approximately $10k reimbursement for several months of Gibraltar's loaner. This about twice what Kbb valued the car. Gibraltar did offer to buy the car from me several times. I visited the shop approximately 40 times over the 15 month ordeal to encourage progress. Endured many long tales of past endeavors and unique ability to do this job. Eventually after consulting attorneys and even askithe local police to accompany me to retrieve the car, the car was released. It did take several weeks and an additional trip to the shop to get reimbursement for work no longer desired by me but already paid for by the insurance company. Actual Car repair is acceptable. Worst business experience for me in my life.
