Be careful they are not negligible. Went to transfer my car from my business to myself personality. They told me I needed to find someone to sell the car to me for around a $1,000. Then fill out 3 forms have the mystery buyer sign all 3 forms, and then pay taxes on a car the I own already and pay them plus for their service, and title and registration fees. Total craziness! Went to DMV after waiting 30 minutes to see the clerk it was transferred in 10 mins for $0 with $0 taxes. Except for new title and registration fees. Don't know how they can charge people for a service when they don't even know what they are doing. Better just to take the time and go to DMV yourself and know it's done right. read more

It's extremely hard to find good people who provide DMV services you can be confident in. I used to run a rental fleet and used these guys exclusively. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This place is built to tackle the nightmare that is the NYS DMV. This place was amazing and worth every penny of the $75 fee!! I was counseled on the lien I had on the title of my vehicle which the young lady was very knowledgeable I have to say about. If I went to regular DMV I probably would have a title with a lien still on it coming to me. Thankfully, by coming here I was able to get the proper papers to have that removed as the lien was paid off. However, it wasn't showing that electronically. It was a very smooth process overall and I love that they are open Saturdays. I just advise to make sure you have the seller sign the DMV paper itself before you come besides the title and bill of sale because it takes longer (2 days) if you don't have that or can't get it. I was able to get it because thankfully the seller of the vehicle I bought was local, but I know some people are buying cars out of state or not locally so that is good to know. I mean back in the day we used to just write bill of sales on piece of paper. I guess it is different now, lol. Overall, very easy process and the women there know what they are doing!! Excellent place to go to get your tag registration done. I called to make an appointment because they only serve customers with appointments due to COVID-19. You wait inside your vehicle due to social distancing measures. The staff comes up to your car and ask for your original documents. The staff take care of everything including processing the paperwork. Took 2 weeks to receive my new tag in the mail. They charge an extra fee like $15 to have it delivered to your home. Overall the staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm very pleased with the quality of services and I highly recommend for you to call and make your appointment. Phenomenal DMV services! So helpful. Even took us when we arrived late to our appointment due to traffic and offered to even stay open and wait for us when we knew we weren't going to make our appointment time. Today we went to pay after traveling over an hour and a half and they accommodated us to get my plates so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips.
