Popped into this location to query about a NYS registration that wasn't successfully processing after many attempts to self serve as usual in years past. Recently made an address change and even though DMV issued the new license with it, and I tried to input the new and old zip code details in it wasn't successfully submitting. While physically at this location which is a basic, no frills counter service that can guide you with DMV needs at an administrative service cost, I attempted to try to self serve one more time, and it worked. Hooray!!! The NYS DMV charge processed through. So glad I tried one more time as it saved me from physically having to fill out the paperwork to be processed at a fee. That said I feel this is a good location that is open on weekends, when DMV typically isn't, that is willing to help you get the needed done.

Your claim that I "picked up a new nail" while driving is completely false. I was forced to return to your shop on Monday solely because your team failed to resolve the issue on Friday, and your shop was closed over the weekend (closing early on Saturday and closed on Sunday). To make matters worse, neighboring auto repair shops in the area charge only $15 for a tire plug service. Charging $25.88 for an incomplete, negligent job is an absolute rip-off.
