My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before closing, already knowing which shoes we wanted to see. A young male employee approached us and rudely asked what we needed. Despite his attitude, we politely asked to see the shoes. He returned with a box and said, "Here," but when my husband opened it, it was the wrong pair. My husband approached him and said, "Excuse me, we wanted to see this shoe," and the employee responded with, "IT'S THE SAME STYLE?!?!" My husband replied, "No, it's not," and showed him the difference. The employee then began to apologize, saying he didn't know. My husband told him that if he didn't want us there, he could've just said so, and if he didn't want to help, then he shouldn't have offered. This employee should not be working in customer service. We came in ready to buy three pairs, but because of the poor service, they lost our business--and earned this review instead. To the store manager: Please let this employee know that good service goes a long way. We've shopped here before and had a much better experience. This review isn't meant to bash the store, but to point out that the wrong employees can seriously damage the reputation of a small business.

Late Monday I emailed General Admission inquiring the shipment tracking number. I get NO response. Wednesday I wait almost an hour on the phone with UPS to find out it was just shipped that day! The shirt arrived Friday, while I was at the tournament, 5 DAYS after ordering. I was refunded $7 for the shipping error, without even being asked how I thought it should be handled. I finally tried the shirt on and the tag completely misrepresented the size indicated. The shirt was too small so I emailed GENERAL ADMISSION explaining the situation. Over a week and still not a response! Regardless of their return policy, they made mistakes and had NO courtesy to contactme or ask my opinion. This company will take your money and won't stand by their name or product! I should have known when I saw more sale inventory than well, general merchandise on their web site.
