I called about a week and a half ago and they said it was in but they couldn't call me because they "lost" the paper with my number on it. When my husband went to pick it up he was told the sale was over and it was now the regular price! I called and said I didn't understand why I didn't get the sale price since it was them and Toro that advertised without enough stock. He call me back and said he's give it to me for $600 something. Still more than $100 more than I was quoted. The lady that was there when I went in remembered me and the situation but referred me to the owner. I didn't buy it and as much as I prefer to support local , which was why I went there in the first place , I will never buy anything more than a can of bug spray from them. I have an ACE near my work. I'm not even sure I will buy a Toro, but, we had luck with an old gas mower but wanted to upgrade to a battery powered one. They were fully aware of this issue and chose not to disclose it to their customer. When calling to say the wrong item was received they responded with "oh yes we have been having an issue with that part with the supplier." Why would this not be checked prior to giving it to a customer!! They have been AWFUL.

If you are sensitive to loud noises, you may want to bring earplugs or headphones, as the machines can be loud when they're running. (they have huge dust extraction hoses connected to everything so sawdust is not an issue, just the noise). Easy parking in a private lot.

First, my thanks go to fellow Yelpers. I used Yelp to choose my contractor. The many excellent…read morereviews led me to choose Lifetime. Cary (the owner) came in with the first of several estimates. Of the contractors I contacted, he best understood what I wanted. My house had rotting window frames, uneven bad-looking shake shingle siding that was long past the day I should have done something about it. A house down the street had the look I wanted, and Cary quoted me the price. I also asked about replacing my front and side doors. The siding color I wanted was a special order, so I had to wait a couple weeks for it to be made. It was well worth the wait. Lifetime supplied a brand called "Perfection" and it is truly perfect siding. The siding sections lock together in a way that I don't think even a hurricane would loosen them. All the rotted wood was replaced with Azek trim. The result is my 70-year-old run-down house now looks like a new build. The doors that leaked cold air during the winter are gone. I am very satisfied.
