Everything was completed quickly, professionally, and to the highest quality. They worked with us to find the right siding and even helped us reuse extra material we had on hand, which reduced our costs. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I especially want to recognize Tony Moore. He responded promptly to our initial request, provided a thorough estimate, and made sure every detail was completed perfectly. We could not be happier with the results. Thank you, Tony and the entire Scott Roofing & Exteriors team!

They then started on the roof on our barn and stayed with it until about 7:00pm. after that they started using magnets all around the house & barn collecting the nails and debris. They finished up around 8:30pm. The crew worked hard and was a great team. Luigi was here most of the day. Then on the 13th the team came out to replace the guttering around the house. While driving their company truck on I-35, I witnessed the driver attempt to sideswipe another vehicle simply because he felt slighted that the other vehicle had passed him. While it may not be directly related to their particular trade, it does reveal something about their character and how they potentially do business. Anyone willing to attempt physical harm to a stranger on the highway would just as easily attempt physical harm to a homeowner if there was ever any disagreement; and I personally would not trust such a person around children or pets.

My experience was very unsatisfying. I hired them to complete a very large yet simple remodel job…read moreand the whole thing was a complete nightmare. Throughout the process, I was constantly having to point out major errors and flaws in workmanship and craftsmanship. Almost every person that came to my house was a sub-contractor and clearly had no pride with the work they were doing and no respect for my property. They built a wall that was not square nor straight. The masonry work that was performed was unsatisfactory. There were multiple sub-contractors that ended up walking off the job site after I asked them to re-do the work because I was done improperly or very sloppy. Even Jim McBride ended up quitting the project after he was payed and refused to complete the work or refund my money. My advice to to stay far away.

It was incredibly smooth and easy on our end, which we really appreciated. Shoutout as well to the project managers, Paul and Robert. They were both fantastic. After the big hailstorm in our area, we had what felt like 100 roofing companies knocking on our door. I'm so glad our insurance agent referred us to Peak. These guys are the real deal.

When I got multiple quotes for roof repairs he was the most attentive, the most thorough, and Peak had very reasonable pricing. Not the lowest, but paired with the thorough report and warranty on the work, you know that they're not just trying to do a sloppy job. Finding great help for commercial properties is pretty challenging these days. The report and photos I received as part of the estimate process definitely helped me to make decisions with more confidence in a situation where I'm unlikely to actually put eyes on the problems myself. And Charlie sent more info during the job along with additional photos and observations. Definitely recommend for reliable repairs!

He measured every room and used software to fix a price (I realize now that was for his benefit, not mine). He did such an unprofessional job! Used no painters tape (because" if you are pro you don't need to)" so there are no sharp lines between the ceiling and wall or the trim and the wall, or the wall and floor. There are many places where the white shows through the gray. He didn't label the doors he took down to put them back in the right door so one won't stay closed. He didn't prime the doors before painting them and once bumped the paint comes off in a thick strip. I could go on and on. The little money I might have saved is overshadowed by my daily regret.
