I just had a new roof installed last year and couldn't get ahold of the company that installed the roof (They were totally ghosting me!) I contacted several roofing companies through google search and only 1 came out and gave me an estimate of almost $600 to fix the vent. After receiving a couple more expensive estimates and not being able to get ahold of the original roofing company, I decided to try roofers on yelp. I actually reached out to another roofer, but yelp automatically messaged a few other companies as well. Andrew reached out to me right away, even though it was late at night. He also provided me with an instant estimate, which no one else ever did. His estimate was also the cheapest by far. He said he could come out the next day... I was already blown away by how good this all seemed. Today (Sept 30th), he texted me and to let me know he would be at my house between noon and 1PM. He texted me 15 minutes before as well to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, and after we just looked up at the vent from the outside, he asked if he could look in the attic. No one else asked about the attic. Turns out I had a dead rat up there! He took pictures and showed the had been rat burrowing in different places. Turns out the moisture spot was most likely pee from the rat!! Yuck. It had probably just died from some poisoned ant bait I just put up in the attic. He took a look and pictures of the inside of the vent... turns out there was no problem with it at all! I am just so impressed with 1) Andrew's professionalism, 2) him getting back to me so quickly, 3) the up front estimate, 4) coming out the next day, 5) giving me a small window for when he would arrive, giving me updates, and showing up on time, 6) truly troubleshooting the issue and not just fixing a vent that didn't need to be fixed! oh and 7) I forgot to mention that he does have a warranty on parts and labor (I asked him since I had just been ghosted). I feel very lucky that Blue Roofing contacted me back first on Yelp! Otherwise I would have just poured money down the drain fixing a vent that didn't need to be fixed!

Andrew was happy to help me and started a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the singles. After a struggle with the manufacture and staying on top of them they warranty they old singles. Andrew help Me get a new roof and installed and upgraded me to better singles. His team was able to get this done within a week of when the manufacture finally agreed to replace it. If it was for their great customer service and relentless to get the issue resolve we won't be able to get a an entire roof replace for free. More than anything, however, this company's personal touch is what sold us over. Christina and Curtis made multiple trips to visit with us to discuss our options at length and also made several touch-points through the process to ensure that the installation was done to our satisfaction including stopping by the property at regular intervals during the installation. I contracted this company to install a TPO roof on a new single family home. It took them 4 weeks…read moreto start even though they said they could start right away. They left the job incomplete. The roof remained incomplete for another month until they corners finally started coming up. I called and complained to them and finally someone showed up to install the metal coping material around the parapet. The guys who installed the roof put the nails on the wrong side and coping material didn't cover up the nail holes. They also failed to pay the installer and he's calling me all the time about his money. I now have to complete the roof which cost another $3K and figure out a way to get the metal company some money for their work. I paid them $14K for this roof and will be out probably another $6K to finish it. Everyone's complaint about this company is right. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We plan to sue them just to get these issues on their company record.

Chris came to inspect our home, he did a thorough all inspection, took photographs to show us the damage and became the intermediary between us and the insurance company. His estimate was very comprehensive, no hidden fees or small unreadable paragraphs. We replaced our 10-year-old shingles with metal roof, they do look like shingles and are supposed to withstand the Texas elements if install properly and last longer than a regular roof. I cannot say the installation went without a hitch (time, pandemic and supplies) but the end result and the professional way in which Chris conducted himself throughout the process was outstanding. I admire my house all the time, I was afraid that the colors were going to be too dark but when I see it I do feel happy with the end result.
