So, Ean came out to the house and took more than 50 pictures to support hail damage. The insurance adjuster approved a second inspection for our appeal but would only provide a 3 hour window...and we were out of town! Ean stepped up, parked in my driveway at 8a, and stayed at the house for more than 2 hours waiting for inspector.
